And have been unable to find the proper grooming, boarding, and daycare, all in one facility! The Bark Park has solved that problem for me and my dogs thank you Paul. I really appreciate the tour. It was a pleasure doing business for you and I’m glad we did because now I found my puppies someplace safe. Thank you, sir again have a blessed day! Bark Park was just okay. Front desk worker was very nice, even though our first interaction was her telling me to get away from the gated area where the dogs were. I didn’t know. The live view cameras are a blessing and a curse. Maybe ignorance is bliss. My dog played outside for about a half hour. She seemed happy. Then she stayed inside in a small room for the remainder of the time where she played with a Golden Retriever for a while. No staff really paid attention to her. She ended up sleeping for a while toward the end. Unusual for her compared to her last daycare, an amazing place where she played for the full four hours. She appeared safe while she was there, so that’s what counts, but she didn’t seem to have much fun. And the staff doesn’t appear very engaged. I didn’t get any photos or updates, considering it was our first visit. Not sure if that’s standard. I have three dogs that are very particular, one of which is an old senior with demanding needs, and another who is recovering from an ACL knee tear. This was not a challenge for The Bark Park! My three dogs felt at home at The Bark Park! We were able to watch the dogs on camera, too! I would definitely come here again. Dina, the owner is very kind, and made sure to ask us detailed questions about our dogs habits and routines, especially around feeding needs. The fact that someone is there 24/7 put my mind at ease. If you’re looking for a safe place to keep your pets, this is it! When we’re heading back, she knows it and ‘sings’ all the way there. I love being able to view what’s happening in real time on their web cams day and night. I know she’s safe and happy 24/7. The live feed cameras are easy to access on the website. They give back any food leftover when you pick up. We love the live feed cameras where we can see what Molly and Josie are up to. The staff here are always pleasant and follow the instructions we leave for our dogs. They were very attentive and organized from the scheduling to the pick up. The caregivers were there to ensure all dogs were behaving and feeling well. We love the aspect of having them walking freely - both indoor and outdoor environments! Cameras are a plus, for sure. We were first timers and not sure what to expect when dropping our sweet guy, but they met ours and his needs. Happy pet, happy family. The prices are reasonable compared to other places and they have live cameras that you can see you dog throughout the day. We love taking our pup there for the day.
