The staff here feels like family! Michele has always made herself available at any time for any concern or milestone. As a nurse myself, I’ve been hesitant on anyone watching my medically complex child as I’ve done it alone for so long, but I know with them, he is loved(also extremely spoiled) and very much taken care of. Communication, follow through, and overall care has been top tier. My boy couldn’t be in better hands than here. Thank you for all you and your wonderful staff do, can never thank you enough!
This office stays severely understaffed. Owner is extremly rude, and most times unavailable to even her own staff; she needs to retire. High nurse turn around causing a constant influx of sending kids home multiple times a week for trivial reasons. If your child is autistic in any way this is not the right ppec for your little one.
Amazing experience every bad review is a lie
Awesome atmosphere and absolutely amazing people who work there the staff is amazing at what they do to make sure children are taken care of
Tender Care Medical Services in Dunnellon is a wonderful place! They care for all the patients so wonderfully. They are doing such a good thing in the community of Dunnellon. The nurses and staff care so much about each and every single one of these kids. This place deserves all the stars possible. Thank you guys for taking care of our kids.
Worst place in history I will never be bringing back my child here again every single time something would always go wrong she would go to school perfectly OK but as soon as she would get there or be there throughout her day she would have multiple things go wrong people taking care of her that weren’t qualified they are just trying to hire somebody quick they don’t know who they’re hiring people don’t care about taking care of these kids they’re understaffed and have way too many kids per one nurse the people who run this place are too lazy to enforce any of the rules or anything that is supposed to be handled with care they just don’t care at all worst place ever like I said and I will make sure everybody knows not to take the kids here
My son was the first to be enrolled at this location. In fact, we even had to wait for it to be opened. I’ve watched the staff start from 5 people to where it is today. It’s been awesome watching this facility grow and expand. I was nervous to let go of a lot of things that I had sole control of for a very long time ( and we all know how we can get about our babies especially those with medical needs) the staff and management have been nothing but patient and have showed myself and my son compassion through the process of getting the extra help we needed and even the smaller things that we’ve been through in the last 3 years. My son has made so many friends and is always happy to come home and tell me about his day or run to the bus in the morning. Shout out to Ashley being his all-time favorite (but we love you all). The only anxiety I have is knowing he starts kindergarten next year and we won’t have them around as much anymore. This facility enriches both of our lives. Full recommendations. ❤️❤️
To be honest, I was nervous to put my son here but having a baby who has special circumstances and more unique needs, we needed to try it. Not every day care would be able to do it and the ones we had before Tender Care were not. Since having my son in Tender Care, those nerves and fears have vanished. EVERY person that my husband and I have encountered have been out of this world wonderful. He has only been there since the beginning of the year but has grown and flourished so much since beginning with this daycare. I no longer have to stress and worry about him during the day because I know he is being absolutely well- cared for in every capacity including his global development. He loves them and loves being there and he is quite well known and liked with everyone too! It takes a very special adult to work with our most dear and special kiddos and these drivers, cooks, nurses, therapists and managers have shown to be those kind of special people and more. My only concern now is what will happen when we don't have them anymore.
