I would highly recommend Teddy Bears Learning Center to any parents looking for a place that prioritizes creativity, learning, and fun. You can see how much the staff enjoys working with the children and that they truly care. The director Jessica is amazing and her passion for early childhood education shines through in every aspect of the facility. She’s always willing to listen to any feedback my husband and I give and is always looking for ways to improve the program. If you're looking for a daycare center with a director who truly cares about the well-being and development of your child, this center provides that.

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. They are unprofessional and very much so discombobulated. They gossip when they should be watching children and create a horrible work environment. I will be seeing them in court soon. They must have thought I forgot about the incident with my sister working there for less than 24hrs. A young ignorant employee falsely reported information stating that my sister was “talking and just watching and not doing anything.” On her first day of work. This young lady went to the owner and reported false information which later resulted in my sister losing her first job. We know— well we all SHOULD know that THERE IS A SUCH THING AS FIRING SOMEONE INCORRECTLY. You like in the state of Florida. Becoming knowledgeable, do your research and know your laws. They ABSOLUTELY have played with the wrong one. All of the women here are close so once someone new came around and was not interested in becoming friends you could imagine how threatened they were. Not to mention the owner NEVER paid my sister for her day of work. They should truly consider being careful of how they treat people. Especially in the state of Florida. It’s ghetto, unprofessional, and unstable. I would never allow my child to work here or go here. READ REVIEWS PEOPLE, and do the research for yourself.

My child has attended for a year now. Great teachers and my child loves to go to school everyday! Thank you for taking care of my child!

Definitely not worth the money that they charge.

My son has attended Teddy Bears since he was 10 weeks old. They are wonderful with communication. As a mom that was very important for me when my son started here. They update throughout the day, noting when they eat, drink, potty and send videos and pictures. They do crafts with the infants which is super cute. Ms Kim, Ms Carol, and Ms Joselyn have been wonderful with him. Definitely recommend.

Unlisted my child while out of town for a funeral. Director Jessica has a very nice nasty attitude (dont be fooled) after personally speaking we where told payment had to be made to keep enrollment but after making my payment she unenrolled my son and offered his spot to someone else on their waiting list. Currently still waiting a refund. They have a slow payment system and know it but on several occasions had me keep my child home because their sytem had not received money from there third party even though I paid with a debit card which is like paying with cash therefore getting extra payments as they will not accept partial payments nor do they accept payments in cash as they dont have a register to do so. Sent my child home several times since they where under staffed from having unqualified staff and start calling our kids friends!?!. No clear learning path for our child so I started bringing in workbooks so my child had things to keep him occupied. The best thing this school has going for them is a decent meal plan and a spacious play ground. Thats it! Lost clothes and blankets we provided even though his name was written on everything. I try to not think race played a part after speaking with a couple other parents but clearly that's an issue that is not being addressed at the school. And if read through the comments you will see how they scamming people out of money with their this Procare system.

This place is an absolute waste, the owner rips people off, doesn't seem to care about children just robbing their parents blind. My kid constantly came home with random bumps and bruises that they don't explain, I've pulled my my child from there, just want to warn others looking to utilize this place DON'T. There are plenty other daycare in the area that won't treat you or your child unfair. Let alone the fact of how dirty of a facility it is, I. Surprised it stays open without check. Thanks, and be sure to search the area for other daycares.
