Our son was cared for by this PPEC from 2/2024 - 7/2024 when we lost Medicaid for our son who has complex medical issues. The staff are professional and kind, and our son enjoyed his time there. The owners are flexible and allowed our ABA to come into the facility, as well as a teacher from the Hospital/Homebound program. Earlier this month, we were at a very crowded public outing where our son was separated from us. My husband and I were trying not to panic, and as we were searching for our son the manager/operator Ernesto walked up with Logan in hand...he was at the same place by happenstance, recognized Logan, saw he was not accompanied by a parent, and walked with him until we found him. Logan had not been a patient at his center in more than a month, but the care he showed for our son really touched me. Highly recommend this facility for caring for medically complex children.

Los cuidados con él superaron todas nuestras expectativas, desde el primer día ama el centro y puede uno estar tranquilo que está en el lugar correcto. Agradezco a todo el personal a todos por el tiempo de calidad que le dedican, siempre pendiente de sus necesidades, por estar pendiente a los padres en el momento que necesiten hacer cualquier pregunta o inquietud. In the very short time that my brother has been there, the team as Superhero Kids has been extremely helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond in assisting with my brothers medical care. Wonderful place to be, very caring and attentive to those who attend. Whenever my brother leaves for school I know he’s in great hands. Phenomenal “school” to attend!

Our experience at PPEC Super hero kids has been above and beyond expectations. The staff here feels like a family more than anything. Everyone has taken their time to get to know and address my child's needs on a professional and personal level. Every aspect of my child's day is documented in detail and handed to me at the end of the day. I have a visual record of my child's progress and can see the milestones that have been achieved thanks to the staff here. My child has developed a positive relationship with the staff and is eager to go every day. I can see the difference at home on how my child is better dealing with her physical, cognitive and emotional challenges. It's all thanks to the caring, encouraging staff and safe environment provided by Superhero Kids PPEC.

Superhero Kids PPEC is such a beautiful place with amazing staffs. They are very supportive, caring, compassionate and loving. They go above and beyond when it comes to my son.
