Author: Wid O Rating: 2/5 Date: 5/23/2023, 7:42:01 PM Review: My son was there for 5 months from 8 months to 1 years old. Throughout the time I had my complaints about things that weren’t serious enough to remove him but to keep everyone in line when it comes to his care. I did end up fully trusting Sunrise Kindercare up until the day before his last day. Got a request for supplies on the app, didn’t think it was urgent because I’ve received a call before when it is necessary. When I seen a pic of him on the app in clothes that I’ve never seen before, I called them. I was told “he had an accident and didn’t have anymore clothes so we gave him ours” I’m thinking okay no problem. A few hours later I get a call that didn’t seem too serious so I was already on my way but not in urgency once I got to the school I told them to show me the area they called me about. But in fact it was WAY WORSE, this was a Medical Emergency! I was so upset, took him to the emergency room once I left with him. Before starting with Kindercare my son NEVER went to the E.R. During his time with them I probably went about 4/5 times. In the beginning it was minor stuff such as fevers and bad coughs from being there. This is considered normal when your child is in daycare. Moving forward the ratio of adult to infants needs to be 3:1 or less to pay better attention to other people’s children that are trusting in you and paying you. This “incident” created a ripple affect of issues that could’ve been prevented if he was changed the moment he pooped.
Does this day care follow a specific curriculum?
Yes
Several reviews praise the daycare's "curriculum", but specific details about special learning options are not provided.

It's clean, safe, and the curriculum is great. The director Princel runs a tight ship and we are happy to be here. ----- Author: Renée Riley Rating: 4/5 Date: 10/5/2021, 6:41:07 PM Review: Parents are comfortable when we feel like our children are comfortable. The staff at Kindercare are very polite, patient, friendly and professional. My son became fully potty trained shortly after starting at this institution. I am also impressed with the Curriculum. All things are not perfect but satisfied so far.

Princel is very disgusting ! Very unprofessional and I’m about tired of it . It’s very disturbing how she acts and treat the parents. WHEN THEY ARE PAYING THERE MONEY CONSISTENTLY FOR THEY CHILD TO ATTEND SCHOOL. I AM MOVING ALL OF MY KIDS !!! The issue I’m having with elc now is on her !! You can lie to ELC BUT I WILL NOT !! THEY NEED TO REMOVE HER AND PROMOTE MS. Lovely! MS LOVELY WOULD NEVER TALK BACK , DENY SOMETHING SHE ACTUALLY SAID AND WILL ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE PARENTS…. IM BOTHERED, I AM HIGHLY AND CONTAGIOUSLY UPSET. (Someone else can feel see how pissed off I am)

❤️
Highly recommend!! The staff are awesome and are welcoming to all three my girls and they learning and do a lot of activities especially for this summer, thumps up!
My son has been going to school here for almost a year. I was a bit anxious at first, as all parents are, when leaving their babies in the care of another person. However our experience here has been great. Principal Princel and Ms. Lovely have been communicative and very professional. All the teachers are so kind and engaging with the kids. Ms. Martha, Maryanne and Rosemary have all been instrumental in his growth. I love the themed activity days and the app that allows me to see photos of him playing throughout the day. I am able to have a productive day at work knowing my son is in good hands. Thank you ladies of Sunrise Kindercare!
terrible disgusting school Princel needs to be fired. Get a new Director quickly.
Princel Is the most horrible Unknowledgeable Director I ever met
Ms princel is a terrible person she thought my wife was upset because she lost my child’s sweater and she immediately snap on her and cursing and kick my child out of the daycare. Also she was also trying to over charge for the daycare fees
I have 2 kids enrolled at this center and they love it! It's clean, safe, and the curriculum is great. The director Princel runs a tight ship and we are happy to be here.
This school is amazing and the staff is AMAZING. One of the things I love the most is Ms. Princel’s unwavering commitment to the safety and well being of the children. This director stands up for what is RIGHT and that includes speaking out against neglect of any form; a TRUE advocate for the kids. I don’t know about other parents, but as a mother, this is all I could ever ask for.
