Unprofessional staff. The woman we spoke to had previously said they had an opening for 6th grade, so we applied right away. Today she said she filled the spot because the other family had 2 kids. We were confused bc she made it sound like we had gotten the spot earlier, but it suddenly changed. My husband and I walked out because the more the conversation went on, the more rude this woman became towards us. Also, the smell in the office was overwhelming. It was musty and overpowered by air freshener. I’m so glad we didn’t chose this school.

My baby attends the day care since before 1 year old. There are so much things I can say about this school. All positive. Since day one my baby felt secured and loved. He smiles every morning when he sees his teachers and staff. He is now 18 months and he knows how to do art, and skills are developing because all the activities they provide. They are very strict with the rules, including all parents which is good even when they can be apply to myself. As an adult we need to understand rules are there for a reason. One time I have a small situation with a staff, I spoke with her later and we both apologies which demonstrate professionalism from staff. The app HiMama is active every day and I can see in videos and photos what my baby is doing that day. Teachers help the kids to create pretty stuff for special days <3. I read a comment about favoritism with hispanics parents and that is not true. I see at the door how they treat everyones the same. I usually don't write reviews, but I really think parents deserve to know this school is a good one. -Jomy's mom.

I dropped my nephew off and was told he couldn’t come in after 8:30am without dr’s note, I asked to speak with someone in person and not through the speaker, Lillian G refused to come to the door ( I didn’t have a mask on). I asked them no to miss treat my nephew if they had a problem with adults, but speaks with the adults and not take it out on the child. When asked for her name she state she was the sister of the owner. Later I found out that she called the parent left a voicemail and threatened to call the police on me. Staff is not professional (owner’s sister) center shows favoritism to haspanic population and are mean to children if they act out, that what kids do. Please if you don’t like your job get another, there’s enough going on in life, we don’t want to stress and worry about our children when we drop them off, child care is not for everyone. Ty
