Testing was quick and staff was nice but final results were not loaded when they became available or even when the allotted time was up. I was waiting on these results in order to attend an event I had flown into town for and ended up missing most if the event due to the missing results. I even called to see if the results were ready and received no help. My friend was able to find another customer service number and spoke with Erica and she gave us our results that had been finalized since 1145 the night before and it was currently 9am. Do better! People are waiting on results for a reason!
The worst center ever! Save your self the headache. Very disorganized and rude staff. No one can ever keep you updated or informed in your childs progress. If I could give them zero stars i surely would. By far the worst experience I've had so far!
