My child went here years ago and it was the worst daycare experience we've ever had. The staff complained about my daughter wetting herself during nap time. I inquired about whether they were having her potty before nap time and they responded with " we don't ask them if they have to go, they should go on their own." They wanted my daughter to use pull-ups but I refused because she was potty trained and I wasn't going to mess up the progress we had made. I ended up pulling her from SmartyPants and it was the best decision we had made because she thrived at her new daycare. No potty training issues at the new daycare and she had a set schedule of events for the day. The SmartyPants staff was convinced that my daughter never talked but when I would go pick her up and we reached the car, she would start talking...I'm convinced she just didn't want to talk to them. Their unreliable in the mornings when it comes to opening. I was there at 7am and the facility was still closed. I had to drop my daughter back home to her dad so I could make it to work and I was late because of it. If you're looking for a glorified daycare then bring your child to SmartyPants. If you want the best experience and learning environment, then go somewhere else.

I had my daughter here only for 3 days, and normally my daughter adjusts pretty quickly to the environment she is in but she was adamant about not going back to this daycare. She said the kids are “mad” and was angry about going. I hate putting bad reviews but the tour was great until she actually started, they also were very short on the phone calls and telling me about her day I just like to know what’s going on and my daughter deserves the best care and this just wasn’t the best fit for my child.

The staff and teachers are great and friendly. My daughter loves her teacher dearly, and is excited to go to daycare everyday. At the end of the week, she is excited to show me what they have learned and created in class. The bond she has built with them has been very family oriented, great daycare and community overall.

I Absolutely Love This Daycare/School. The Teachers Are Extra Friendly, Loving. My Child Learn So Much Since Going Here. They Are Very Hands On And Make Share Every Child Feels Comfortable. They Value The Children’s Safety, Make Sure They Are Well Taken Care Of. They Do Field Trips For Kids And Have Big Parties For Holidays. I’m So Glad I Found This Daycare!!

My child has attended this facility since she was 3 months old. The staff is incredibly nuturing and professional, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all children. The facility is clean, safe, and equipped with everything needed for a stimulating learning experience. I appreciate the structured yet flexible daily routine that cater to my child's needs. My kids have been going to this daycare for some years now . They love the teachers . Great communication skills , their learning at a great pace overall awesome daycare to attend . The Owner Ms.Crystal has become someone me and the kids love because of her passion for making her center better expanding options and making learning a breeze.

Worst place!! They are not professional Wasting of time!

Pesimo servicio y atencion con los niños mi bebe duro dos dias y las maestras solo se quejaron de el que tenian q agarrarlo entre dos para poder cambiarlo y que solo lloraba (un bebe de un año y primera vez en un daycare) supuestamente hacen clases de arte y cuando busque el bolso de mi bebe con el no hicieron ninguno… si no se preocupan por integrar a un niño en el grupo escolar este jamas se sentirá a gusto allí mi bebe salia con cara de tristeza e hinchado de tanto llorar, a parte que le observe un rasguño en su estomago y todos los alimentos que ofrecen son enlatados/congelados…definitivamente no lleven a sus hijos a este lugar!!

It started off good, my child was okay and seem happy. Over time my child lips were dry as if she was given enough liquid throughout the day, whenever i pick her up or her face was all messy so i spoke to one of the worker there and she did came at me with a very distasteful attitude... being very observing i started realising my child giving off a very aggressive üò≥ behaviour while I understand she's around other kids and she'll pick up a thing or two from them but watching her while even playing school with her dolls she display a behaviors from her teachers. I asked about potty training for her which is an extra fee which was no problem being a working mom and my child spend 5 days of the week there I said ok, each time I checked on her progress same story she doesn't want to go to the potty she just poop on herselfüòí at home she uses the potty just fine so I decided to stop the potty training payment the owner left a note stating i owed her potty training fee plus late fee because she initiated that fee and she was the only one that can stop it at this point i just smile. My child is a picky eater but she eats once its something she like i even have a doctor note to bring one meal per day... every day her container is still full, food not touch on pick up and she was dropping some lbs... that was the last straw... I just took her Out.... 3 weeks later she at a new daycare she gained 4lbs and wearing panties.... the location maybe ideal if you work universal area but their operation is not good for your child!!
