Hours of operation are not practical for most single working parents (7am-530p). Other daycares in the area have much better hours for working parents. Oddly, they mirror Okaloosa County school district holidays/teacher work days/even weather! Does not coincide with actual adult work schedules. I’ve never heard of any work place not in operation in recognition of county school holidays. Again, not working parent friendly. Constantly called to have my child picked up due to multiple (now becoming frivolous) reasons. I am now beginning to see a pattern. I still pay the same weekly regardless of whether they are forced to not attend. Receive calls each week to pick them up due more to slight inconveniences for them. I have had to excuse myself from work constantly. I understand being safe in regards to health/illness, but it’s been weekly now for minor reasons/no actual illness. Not only does it negatively affect my work, but also my child’s education and social needs.
My kids definitely had an adjustment period of getting used everyone and the new schedule it actually had me pretty nervous and stressed in the beginning. But it seems to be over now and every time I walk in I’ve caught myself smiling because they are either outside happy and playing, learning/reading/doing some fun activity, or a field trip is planned. They are also very thorough and up front with any accidents no matter how small. And also very informative and honest if something needs attention or if a new bug/virus is going around or not and what signs to look for. And positive things I’ve noticed for my children is that their vocabulary has vastly improved along with their social skills my and my kids really like being there. Very happy with this daycare/pre-school.
Good hours of operation and LOVE the teachers in the back!! ❤️❤️❤️
I have to give this day care a 1 star the owner Christopher Washington lied to to me on several occasions. He failed to write up reports when my daughter was hurt or Injured. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this daycare. My personal opinion they should not be open if the owner is willing to lie to a parent what is going on behind close doors when the parent is not present.
I love the daycare and the staff. Really did not want to put my son in daycare but so far my experience here has made me more comfortable. The new management really makes a difference üíôüíô
