Author: Kristin Boekhoff Rating: 5/5 Date: 12/9/2024, 5:33:30 PM Review: I sent both of my children to Serendipity from when they infants. My oldest (now 7) was one of the first students at the school. I joke that Serendipity is who taught my kids manners, not me! They teach babies both sign language and English which was incredibly helpful when my girls were babies as they would use basic signs to communicate their needs ("more", "food", "milk", etc.) As they grew older, they learned to read and write at a very young age. Both of my girls placed into the gifted program their first year in elementary school (they go to public school now) and other Serendipity parents have also told me that their children are well ahead of the other Kindergarteners in their class. The staff are very loving and supportive, their facilities are extremely clean (I visited 25 other day cares before I selected this one and the differences were shocking!), they have an amazing playground, and their food is freshly prepared and HEALTHY! (I keep trying to convince Mr. Steve to takeover the Seminole County Public Schools lunch program as it was very difficult to have my girls go from home-cooked healthy meals to processed pizza and hot dogs!) For six years I had Serendipity students and my girls still want to stop by and say "hi" to everyone whenever we drive by. I highly recommend them.

They do all kinds of fun activities that keep my kids excited to go every day. The after school program is great too. Always safe, organized, and perfect for getting homework done before they come home. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a solid mix of learning and care!

We love serendipity! Every single staff member is always smiling and you can tell genuinely loves their jobs. The daycare is clean, offers a healthy assortment of different foods, and they have scheduled learning time not just free play. The app gives us communication details from how much my daughter eats to when she is being changed. When I drop her off or pick her up I don’t feel rushed I can speak to any teacher to get more in depth updates, my daughter took longer than the average child to adapt to the transition of daycare and they just continuously showed her honest love and care, like family! I AM that mom that has 1000 questions and needs to ensure quality care is being provided, and I have not once been disappointed. 5/5 stars!
They've been awesome. Great staff, communicative, they offer gymnastics and soccer classes, water days during summer, good food with alternatives since one of my kids has allergies, always friendly, and my kids are always excited to see their teachers and classmates.
My daughter started here in Ms. Morgan‚Äôs class in October, and she had a hard time adjusting for a few weeks, crying sometimes most of the day but always during drop off and pick up times. Ms. Morgan is as sweet as can be and helped her get comfortable, to the point she held her when I brought her in and she stopped crying at all. Now she‚Äôs in Ms. Nani‚Äôs class and she says ‚ÄúNani! Nani!‚Äù every time I mention school, so evidently she likes her as well. The owner of the school is a great guy and obviously hires wonderful teachers who care about the children and are very patient with them all. They have been very responsive to my requests for applying creams and giving medications, etc. My daughter is 20 months now and is starting to be able to count üòØ and identify colors üòÆ and everyday is getting better with her vocabulary and pronunciation üéâ. One of the highlights for me also is the school serves real meals like teriyaki chicken and beef goulash, so I‚Äôm not going to have a kid who expects spaghetti o‚Äôs, chicken nuggets with fries, hot dogs with Mac and cheese, pizza, etc., at every meal. They also have plenty of play space for the kids, with various playgrounds, including the splash pirate ship. I was debating the school vs. a Montessori school that costs more and is farther away and doesn‚Äôt include meals, and I have not been disappointed with my decision. Billing has been easy with auto draft from my bank. The app is easy and they keep me informed and send me pictures during the day. These are the best people to be around my kid when I‚Äôm not available. Thanks for everything you do! Five stars, would recommend.
We moved to Florida end of December and I was so nervous sending my boys somewhere that I wasn’t familiar with. I am so glad we chose Serendipity! Our two youngest have been going here for about 2 months now. They receive great care from all the teachers who truly care for your kids. They incorporate learning and make it fun for the kids. I also love the app they use because it keeps you up to date with what they are doing throughout the day.

First time my baby in a daycare and it was the worst experience we could have both. I do not recommend to anyone this unprofessional institution especially the person in charge.
I do not recommend this place, they mistreat your children, bad professional staff
