Our children attended here for PreK 3-VPK. We love RYEC! Ms. Christie, Ms. Chantel, the front office staff and ALL the wonderful/amazing teachers and teacher assistants go above and beyond to make this place a GEM. It is perfectly organized, structured and fun, but most importantly, the children are academically prepared for the next phase: Elementary school. My children have learned so much since attending and we couldn't be any happier. We will always come back to visit and say hello when our children are older. :).
Best daycare/ school ever-so caring kind and wonderful. Ms. Chantel, Ms. Christie, all the admin and teachers are amazing.
I resigned from the city of Palm beach gardens and my wife was later told that our one and a half year old son is no longer welcome at the daycare even though the daycare is also open to the public and not just to city employees. Daycare staff told my wife that we have two weeks to find a new form of care for our son, knowing the difficulties of getting into a new daycare due to waiting lists. The daycare staff and the city of Palm beach gardens HR department further informed my wife that I’m not allowed to pick up our son from the daycare and to make matters worse the medical portion of my resignation was shared by Palm beach gardens HR department with this city’s daycare workers. Though the daycare and HR department extended the two week ejection to four weeks, they had no care for the negative emotional impact this will cause to our son, even when informed that he has built relationships with some of the other children and staff members. My wife is a healthcare worker and at times needs my assistance and other family assistance with picking up our son, when the daycare was made aware of this they would not waver from their choices. to make matters worse, my wife was asked to meet with daycare staff members and a HR representative, so my wife brought my father due to the past poor interaction she had with two of the daycare staff members. After the meeting, my wife received a voicemail from the deputy administrator of recreations with the city of Palm beach gardens, who advised my wife that my father is no longer welcome to the daycare. This daycare has no regard for the emotional and mental health of our son who is the real victim in the unprofessional handling of matter unrelated to our innocent child. My wife and child have done nothing to violate any rules to cause any of this to happen and regardless of my situation, a child and their hard working mother should not have to be treated so poorly due to any situation I may or may not have been involved in. Due to the nature of the aforementioned interactions we are desperately searching for safer more professional care for our son, who are willing to put the mental, emotional and educational needs for our son before making any decisions that could be detrimental to our son’s development.
