The staff is amazing, and the daycare is so colorful and well-organized! I absolutely love the uniforms, which add a fun touch to the environment. Plus, the weekly fee is really affordable, making it a great value for the quality of care provided. I highly recommend this daycare!

This daycare offers an incredible, kid-friendly environment from the moment you walk through the doors. My son adores his teachers and classmates, and he eagerly anticipates going to school every morning—even on weekends! It’s heartwarming to see how happy and engaged he is. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their child.

My children have been attending Rising Kids Academy for the past year, and I’m thrilled with the progress they’ve made, particularly in their speech and behavior. Initially, I thought daycare was just about basic care and education, but this family daycare has shown me it’s so much more. Even though I’ve only known the staff for a little over a year, it truly feels like family. The sense of community here is the foundation of what makes this daycare special. Choosing Rising Kids Academy means joining an extended family that genuinely cares for your children as their own. The kids enjoy a variety of activities beyond the usual routine, including Thanksgiving and Christmas programs, visits from Santa, arts and crafts, and a wonderful graduation ceremony. I highly recommend Rising Kids Academy for any parent looking for a nurturing and engaging environment for their children!

This place is amazing! My son loves it and walks in willingly every day. The teachers are very polite and in a good mood. Every time I enter the building, I am astonished at how well the children are behaving. It's always calm and orginised. Really, I don't know how they do it. We are so grateful

Amazing daycare!!! LEGALLY they are only allowed to have kids there 10 hours a day. My daughter loves it there and there's so many people that take advantage of the place honestly. Very reasonably priced too. If you're late all the time you will get charged. So please don't take advantage of this amazing daycare!

My son’s daycare told me due to staffing issues they were going to need to close down his classroom and I had 2 weeks to find a new daycare. It is extremely difficult to find new care. Gotta go down my check list. 1. Do you accept children with autism and/or are their other children with special needs? 2. Can his therapists provide therapy at the center? 3. Will you allow part-time because he goes part-time to an ESE classroom? I searched high and low and his ABA therapists referred Rising Star Childcare of Longwood. They gave them a call, told me to connect with Liz. I went to tour it with my son, things looked promising. My only concern was they did not provide updates, only on the smaller kids. Yesterday was his first day. Daycare is open 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Dad dropped him off around 7:00 am and then at 5:25 pm, I received a call from the center stating that they recommend 10 hrs a day max and that if I would be picking him up soon. I advised dad is on the way and should be there soon if not already. Liz said she was just checking because she was leaving for the evening. The whole call took me by surprise but whatever I figured I would discuss it with her tomorrow since she was leaving. Fast forward to today, dad drops him off and was told Liz comes in at 9:00 am and to call then to speak with her. I call her right on time to discuss that It seems we would actually need services 11 hrs a day instead of 10 due to rush hour traffic issues. She proceeds to tell me that the owner came in this morning and had a very challenging time with my son and that unfortunately our arrangement for care was not going to work out... My kid is not violent so like what could have happen to kick him out. She tells me to hold on a second and then the owner comes on the phone. She asks me what is the matter. I explained to her the 11 hour situation and how now I am being told this is not going to work out because my son is too challenging. She then proceeds to ask follow up questions to understand how long each day he would be there. She then says, “Daddy is gunna have to pay an extra $20/day.” I said Um Okay… then the phone clicks. Tuition (before my son was challenging): $145 for part-time 3 days Additional Fee: $20/day for 3 days = $60 more dollars. So now you are okay keeping my “challenging” son as long as I pay you more. No thank you. You have now made me uncomfortable. Dad went immediately to pick up Alex and it seemed they had him isolated. What a sad day for my baby. For all the autism awareness out there, I have yet to see an autism friendly daycare. My son is not challenging. My son is different. He is one of the most incredible people I have ever met and I would not change a damn thing about him. I dont think Alex did not make the cut here. I think you Rising Star did not make the cut for my son.
