Staff does not train properly, the building has multiple issues,DCF showed up & gave them multiple violations. Very unprofessional with paychecks, I was shorted multiple times due to her paying me out of pocket with no paystub. In the very beginning of me working there I recommended a friend to work there, shortly after I left she was having the same issues I was having & more. One teacher would purposely wait to change a diaper while waiting for the other teacher to replace her & that could be anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes. All of the staff when I started was family/family friends so I should have taken that as a red flag from the beginning. On my last day I went to pick up my check & when I walked in one of the one year olds was getting hit by two 3 year olds & no staff was around, when I mentioned it to the owner she ignored what I said to her. Overall WORST company ever definitely do not recommend any parent placing their children at purpose & promises learning academy nor anyone that wants to work at a daycare.
