Their dedication, warmth, and genuine care for the kids create an incredibly nurturing environment. We especially appreciate the strong values and kindness they instill in the children every day. The curriculum is by far the best we've experienced across all the daycare centers we've attended. It's thoughtfully designed and engaging, and we've noticed a significant positive shift in our children's education and development since joining. We couldn't be happier with our choice! ----- Author: Cherelle Frazier Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/20/2024, 5:38:25 PM Review: I’m very pleased with my family’s experience at Prodigy. The staff and director are extraordinary. They truly care about the kids and the parents. They encourage, uplift and make sure your children are learning not only an academic curriculum, but also how to grow and become amazing and kind humans. They care about the environment, family values, and kindness. The staff is loving and extremely respectful. The space is spotless clean which creates an even healthier environment for your kids. I run short on words. My experience has been incredible and I know my daughter is a better kid because of the opportunity she had surrounded by this incredible team. Thank you sooo much !!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! We’ve had an incredible experience at Prodigy, and we can’t say enough about how amazing the staff and leadership team are! From the very first day, we were welcomed into a bright, cheerful environment where our children felt upmost comfort. The director and assistant director and administrators are approachable, compassionate, and always ready to listen. They foster a culture of openness and communication. Their commitment to creating a positive, supportive, and enriching environment is evident in everything the school does. What truly sets this school apart is the balance they create between rigorous academics and a focus on creativity. The students are encouraged to think outside the box, explore new ideas, and express themselves through arts and investigative research and other creative outlets. It is an incredibly loving environment. Being smart isn't everything since true happiness stems from loving yourself and this school encourages everyone to be courteous and thoughtful towards others as well as building each child's own sense of self. The sense of community is strong, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the emotional and social growth of every student. We’ve seen our children blossom, both academically and personally, thanks to this team of wonderful people!

Was honestly so excited to have my son enroll at this school for VPK but ended up very disappointed. I had called the school to ask if they had a waitlist for VPK and was told there were 2 spots left and if I wanted to enroll that I had to do it quick. They kept telling me that they had sent me the registration forms but I never received anything, I had even given them 3 different emails and nothing. Just to find out the problem was their system and not my problem. When I finally got the registration link, they had an invoice of $300, which is suspicious because when I called ELC they told me that VPK is 100% free and there are no “fees”. I had also called other VPK programs and they all said no government funded would charge for VPK and they told me to be careful. When calling prodigy to confirm what the fees were, they told me uniforms, classes, and events.. so I asked the front desk to confirm if it was right. She said she would call me back to let me know, and ofcourse I didn’t receive a call back. I called back 24 hours later to reconfirm and to pay, but apparently my son was kicked off the enrollment list and put back on the waiting list because we failed to pay right away when they told me I had until April 15th to pay (I had failed to pay the day of, which meant they only gave me less than 24 hours to pay). They entire time the director and front desk kept telling me not to worry, and that my sons spot was secured already, what a joke. Communication was terrible, I would email them and no response, they would promise a call back and nothing would happen. Honestly if registering was already such a hassle for them, I can’t imagine letting them teach my child. Not trustworthy.

I can’t say enough great things about this school! The staff is incredibly communicative, providing daily updates and photos, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. They truly go above and beyond to support each child’s individual needs. My son has struggled with focus in the past, but he has thrived here, learning more than at any other school—including Spanish! The teachers are patient, attentive, and dedicated to helping him succeed. When a recent situation arose, the school handled it professionally and with great respect for our court-ordered parenting plan. The president of the school even personally reached out to discuss the matter with me. Their commitment to a safe, structured, and enriching learning environment is unmatched. Highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a nurturing and well-managed place for their child’s education!

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this preschool handles parental rights. Despite Florida law and my parenting agreement not restricting my access, the staff here are refusing to allow me to attend school events for my son or even step inside the building to drop my son off for in the morning. This school has no problem violating parental rights. When asked if they could provide documentation signed by the court indicating that I am not allowed to attend events or see my son at school, they refused. On top of that, the staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. No parent should have to deal with this kind of treatment.

Avoid enrolling your children here. The administrative staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming, offering minimal interaction unless there’s a problem. Unlike the previous administration, which provided outstanding customer service, the current staff fails to create a positive experience. We decided to withdraw our kids after a payment miscommunication escalated into the assistant director refusing to allow my wife to speak to our son over the phone. As small business owners, we understand the importance of handling issues with grace and empathy, qualities this administration severely lacks. Arguing with parents and refusing a simple request like speaking to a child is unacceptable, regardless of what transpired. We’ve since chosen to travel further for our children to attend a better school and couldn’t be happier with the decision. While Prodigy teachers seem capable, the directors are negatively impacting the school’s reputation. It’s disappointing, and corporate should address these issues immediately. Our conversations with other local families and reviews we’ve read echo similar sentiments. This school HAD potential, but the current leadership team has ruined it completely for us.

I enrolled my 4-year-old daughter in Prodigy at Epperson in early August of this year, and I'm beyond impressed with her growth and the school overall. In just a few months, my daughter has learned so much—she’s already reading books, picking up a new language, and excelling in geography just to name a few. The school environment is clean, well-organized, and incredibly welcoming. They frequently have projects and activities that encourage family involvement, which I absolutely love. The updated monthly newsletters keep me informed and connected, which is such a thoughtful touch. School director, Ms. Callie and the assistant director, Ms. Aziria are amazing, and my daughter and I are so grateful for her teachers, Ms. Gloria and Ms. Diana—they truly are heaven-sent! We couldn’t be happier with the experience and are so pleased with the education and care my daughter is receiving. Highly recommend!

This school has made major improvements and my family is very happy here! When we toured, it was more of a daycare but now it is transformed into a school. My son is only one and a half and has learned so much at Prodigy! We love the hands-on experience that he is getting. For example, this week they planted a garden, played in sensory bins and did some painting. The school is clean and the staff is thoughtful and communicative. There are a lot of options for childcare in Wesley Chapel and I have never second-guessed sending him to Prodigy.

Our son loves his school! This is his first school and we couldn’t be happier. Prodigy is safe, creative, clean environment, and they offer a caring space for all the children that attend. We are so pleased that our son is in kindergarten and practicing a new language and learning so many fundamentals that are so important at his age. If anyone is looking for a small school that cares for your child’s safety and learning then I strongly suggest Prodigy Early Learning at Epperson. The team at this school offers something I have not seen before and we love it. Mrs. Callie is a hands on director and it’s great to be able to always see and talk to her if need be. We are a very happy Prodigy family! Ms. Maria is fantastic!!
