The teachers and personal are amazing. The learning program is top notch. My 3 year old got there with very little English knowledge, and now he communicates in English with confidence. They treated me and my family with kindness and compassion, and help us in any situation we had. God keep blessing this school now and forever!

Our experience at Primrose for the last four years has been amazing! Both of my kids have learnt important social skills, a daily routine, and how to behave in a classroom setting. The foundation laid by the Balanced Learning approach has helped them excel in the public school system. The most valuable thing for us is the retention of teachers and the Leadership team. Seeing the familiar faces day in and day out offers a friendly and welcoming environment. Thank you, Primrose of Lake Nona!

Primrose is a good daycare because they have structure, great curriculum and their teachers are good and very loving. I love their procare app is well set up and easy to use. However, If your child becomes a challenge for them they will suggest an ABA therapist for your child, even though they cant diagnose your child. In my case, Nelli Hajdu provided me all the brochures for ABA theraphy, indicating that Taylor Henry worked on their last most successful case of a challenging child in Primrose of Lake Nona. Also, ABA theraphy is for children diagnosed with autism, if you dont have a diagnosis they will suggest Taylor Henry from Bright Beginnings which takes children with or without any diagnosis. So if you don't have one ABA therapist in less than 2 months, your child be kicked out. Admin staff don't have any type of empathy to any situation regardless of having 20+ years of experience in early learning education. If your child does not behave like they expect them, becomes a challenge to them and is not accompanied by an ABA therapist, then your child wont make it. They dont know how to help a child in need unless is accompanied by an ABA therapist. They write reports about everything, teachers job depend on them writting everything that happens in the classroom. They don't know how to redirect children if is not by their rooster rules which is not for every children. You can have meetings with admin staff but regardless of the plan you make with them, they will not follow through and will call you to pick up your child (if this happens constantly, that means they want your child out my friend). Its a very typical franchise daycare, instead of helping children with challenges, they kick them out. No interest on children's needs, because they need to keep their perfect daycare image.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before giving my thoughts on this school. I'll get to the point - Primrose Lake Nona is the best school we have enrolled my daughter in (third school so far). The administrators are fantastic and our daughter absolutely loves her teachers (shoutout to Ms. McCool and Ms. Cristancho!). This is the first school she has never cried during drop-off and I truly believe it's because of the passionate staff, structure and engaging activities throughout the day. The facility is super clean all the time and seems to be a very organized, well-oiled machine of a school. The staff are always so nice and welcoming when we come in. As a parent, I also selfishly love that I can avoid Narcoossee to get here! Thank you Ms. Julianna, Ms. Nelli, Ms. Amelia and Ms. Rivera for welcoming us. We look to having our second daughter here soon!

Primrose in Lake Nona is fantastic. The teachers and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about early childhood education. They also have lots of interesting activities for children. My child was anxious about going to school at first, but they made her feel like part of the family. She loves school and loves everyone at Primrose. When I pick her up, she never wants to leave.
