Our daughter has been going here since the first day they opened and we couldn’t be happier. The owners are very involved and all the staff is friendly and makes us feel safe leaving our child there for the day. The app they use to update us throughout the day is phenomenal. I spent 2 years at another nearby school that was supposed to be excellent, and I never felt welcomed or part of a family, the teachers would cycle out frequently and I was promised sign language and pictures and got neither. My son was injured at the previous school and I was extremely nervous to start primrose, especially with no cameras. Realizing that anytime I had an incident at the past school their cameras never caught what happened anyway. Primrose is extremely clean (no chemicals), safe, and beautiful but on top of that, the admin staff is absolutely incredible and welcoming. I come and go throughout the day and love chatting with them. They are so well educated and personable. Anytime there’s an issue we all come together to solve it. They let you have an opinion as a parent and ask what works at home. The teachers are so nice and update you throughout the day with pictures and videos. They tell you through the app what your child enjoyed doing and how they liked each food/snack. They are also happy to chat with you at the end of the day. I never feel like a burden to them. Food is included with tuition and my son tries all different kinds of food at school with his friends. He absolutely loves it there. If you are looking for a great school where you will be treated like family and welcomed, this is the best option.

2 Years of excellent care for my son. The teachers and staff have always been polite, attentive, and positive. We have always trusted our son will be taken care of well here and never had any doubts. We've even seen Mr. James out in public a few times and my son screams his name to run up and give him a hug, he has always been fabulous. Will be back in a few years for our daughter after my son goes into Kindergarten next year. If someone asks for the best preschool or childcare in the area we always recommend Primrose

We have been absolutely blown away from the first day of our daughter’s attendance at Primrose. Her Toddler 1 teachers (Ms.Kim, Ms.Lucy, and Ms.Eunice), are an absolute dream. In the time she has been there, we have watched her grow and thrive in vocabulary, her communication, and continues to come home with new words, and skills. There is no better program we would want our daughter to be in during these most important years of development. All of the staff, from the front, to the kitchen are wonderful. Thank you for providing us with a true sense of happiness and feeling that our daughter is in great hands when she is there.
Our daughter has been attending this school for eight months now, and she absolutely loves it! She adores her teachers, learns something new every single day, and comes home excited to share everything she’s discovered—often singing the songs she’s learned along the way. We truly appreciate the daily updates, pictures, and videos, which give us peace of mind knowing she’s in a nurturing and engaging environment. From the front office to the teachers, every member of the staff has been nothing short of amazing! Our daughter has had the pleasure of being in Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Elika, and Ms. Yaslenis’ class, and Mrs. Luci, Mrs. Kim, and Ms. Eunice’s classroom. Each of these teachers has shown genuine care for the children and a true passion for what they do. Over time, we’ve come to learn that this school is filled with incredible staff who are dedicated, caring, and truly exceptional at what they do!
Primrose has been the best change for my toddler , she has done nothing but flourish since starting June 2024 . From the front desk , kitchen , teachers are all sooo kind sweet and caring ! Literally everyone knows her by her first name . I couldn’t have been more happy with making this change.
