I’m not someone to leave reviews often on here but I can only speak from my personal experience. My daughter was ready to start day care and before enrolling her I went to this daycare first and then visit about another 10 after and I have to honestly say that I was blown away with the services, care and welcoming staff this day care has. I also called to about 15 others ones looking for the “right or perfect” day care for my daughter. And Jamie (assistant director) and Myriellis (director) have provided me so much comfort that I feel so safe and happy dropping her off. My daughter’s teacher have also been exceptional Mig and Leslie. I receive pictures daily and when I go pick her up, I get a full breakdown of all she did in the day and ate. I am so thankful and grateful to have found this place.

My son has been here since he was about 8 months old and we've had an amazing experience so far. Seeing him walk in and everybody greeting him with love is the ultimate green flag for me. There's never been a day where he's been left crying wanting to go back home or him having a diaper rash/coming back home with a full diaper. Love that they have classroom routines even with the smaller children

This is specifically regarding Room 4 in this daycare. If your child is 18 month to 2 years please be careful. The 2 teachers in this class are not experienced. My first incident was the first day I took my son there. His first day around kids, first day in a daycare since he was 10 month and now he's 23 months. When I went to pick him up his arms were red with a nail mark on them. I asked to see the cameras and witnessed how one of the teachers forced him to sit down (which he is not used to doing) multiple times and in a forceful way, extremely unacceptable. I spoke to the director, she spoke to the teacher and I spoke to the teacher and decided to give them a second chance. After that, they kept saying that he would cry all day and insinuated that I was letting him watch too much cartoons and that I was carrying him all day (which neither is true) so one day I decided to take him a little later to see why he was "crying" and try to figure out how I can help. That day I saw he was not crying, he was complaining/upset when there were activities with other kids because he's not used to being around kids and apparently one of them got jealous that I was playing with him (and the other kids) and helped him calm down a little and grabbed me by the hand and asked my to leave (very disrespectful). Today I was told by the director to not bring in my kid anymore because the teachers were not experienced enough to handle this type of situation and apparently he was even sleeping during nap time when in the house he sleeps 2-3 hours after lunch. The director preferred to throw my son out instead of retraining or educating the teachers. The teachers also spoke to a therapist without my consent, apparently to try to get rid of my son and the therapist told them that he just needs time to adapt. Besides that, they over charge ($200 a week) and I had to take my son fed (breakfast) and take him his snack, they also require uniform and school supplies. Furthermore, they had already charged me next week knowing that they were going to ask me not to bring him back and then the director does not have knowledge on how to process a refund and the front desk girl that processes them was gone for the day.

I was very happy with this place. It was very, very clean and very homey. It was the home away from home for her. My daughter had a great teacher and she learned a lot during her pre-k year. I highly recommend it.
