Over the past couple months this place has declined. There has been a loss of great directors and teachers and the overall care of the kids has gone down. The ratios in classes are not where they are supposed to be and due to this my 1 year old has come home with 2 head injuries no one could explain in the span of a month. This was a place my kids were excited to go, but turned into a place they hated to go. It’s sad to see a once great location go downhill so quickly. They say it takes a village to raise a child, this has got to be hands down the best village! Every single person that works here is amazing and has such a passion for their job. April is an amazing director who has created such a loving environment at the center along with the other teachers. My son looks forward to coming to school to be able to see not only his friends but all the teachers. We love the center so much that even after moving further away we chose to stay instead of seeking childcare elsewhere. There is no place I trust more with my child than KinderCare of PV. They have an amazing curriculum which is engaging and fun for the kids. If you’re deciding on where to look for childcare this should be your first option!

We are an alumni family and have been sending our kids to Ponte Vedra Kindercare since 2018. We can not say enough nice things about the wonderful loving staff. They are so kind and attentive to all of the children and always meet their needs in the way they need them to be met. We are a very proud Ponte Vedra Kindercare family!
We have our 2 and a half year old going to this center since she was 1 year old. We witnessed the issues that the new administration confronted about a year ago, but can say that they do their best to communicate and act professionally. There is still some room for improvement and to work in keeping up with an stable staff, but I know that some things are out of their control. Ms Shavonne and her team would treat every kid with kindness and respect to each other. I believe that she will go above and beyond in making this center a good place for every kid.
We’re proud to be part of the family because our daughter has been learning so much and made so many friends! She loves going in every day and hates to leave - she cried every day we leave! I think that’s a testament of the amazing work y’all are doing! We’re so thankful to be a part of it!
Seem to have gotten their "feet under them" as it were. There was A LOT of turnover awhile back and that's referenced in several of the reviews I see here. For reference, we've been sending our 2 boys here since they were 3 months old and our oldest is now 3 years old. When the turnover was occurring, things were challenging in the sense that our oldest didn't know when he was going to school (they were closing his classroom once a week for a little bit), who his teacher was going to be, etc. I don't think it was great for him since a regular routine seems to suit him best. And, it wasn't great for my wife and I either who both have fulltime jobs and cannot really take a day-a-week off for childcare. But, since then, things have turned around quite a bit, and I would say that things appear to be on the "up and up" as it were. They seem to do a great job with the kids these days and have since they solved the staffing issues. Our youngest is now a year old and appears to love it. Our oldest has clearly been taught some valuable things (he can count to 20, for example; he knows all his ABCs; etc.) and is learning to improve with his potty training. Good things! We're grateful that the folks here "figured it out" as it were, are thankful for all they do for our boys, and are glad we stuck with them even during a little rough patch!
Our son really enjoys his time at Kindercare. His favorite teacher is Miss Aria, who he talks about all the time at home. Aria! Aria! The staff is always very welcoming and warm during drop-off and pick-up and helps us with any questions we have. We appreciate the lunch and snacks they provide. Thank you!
Both the directors and the teachers have provided excellent teaching an individualized learning to both of my children ages one and three. My children are excited to go to school every day and learn new things to come home and share with me and my husband.
My 4 year old started last year, for VPK, thanks to the recommendation of a close friend. We were blown away with the staff and curriculum. He learned so much and I am confident the staff truly cares for him like family while we are working. We do before and aftercare for our Kindergartner this year and he gets upset when we pick him up ‚Äútoo early‚Äù, if that gives you an indication of how much fun he has there ü§£. We are preparing to send our new addition there when my maternity leave is up. I definitely recommend sawgrass kindercare to anyone needing exceptional childcare!
My daughter has been attending daycare here for about a month now. It’s a difficult thing to leave your young baby in someone else’s hands but we have been so happy with the care she is receiving. Her teacher Ms. Lenuta is always happy to see her in the mornings and they send lots of pictures of what she is up to throughout the day as well as noting when she eats and diaper changes. It gives me great peace of mind leaving her with people that seem to truly care!
Despite some challenges this location has faced over the past several years, I continue to trust the care of my children with the core staff and leadership here.
