Imagination station has helped me put that too rest! We had such a great experience in the infant room. His teachers didn’t miss a beat, always kept me updated and showed my son the love and care he needed while I wasnt there. He had a smooth and welcoming transition into the toddler room, Ms.Sally made it her priority to ease him into the classroom and check on him and his progress! I am so excited to get to know his new teachers and watch him flourish on this new ride! The staff at imagination station truly make this daycare the best! When Ms.Heather arrived things started changing and I couldn’t be happier. Every-time I see her she is on the move doing something with our childrens best interest at hand and she’s doing it with the biggest smile! Thank you to all of the staff and teachers for making this such an enjoyable experience! ----- Author: Karl Nemorin Rating: 5/5 Date: 12/1/2023, 10:20:57 PM Review: I really appreciate the transparency of this daycare with the cameras in the he rooms and playground. Some daycares ( a few lights south of imagination station) are reluctant to walk your kids into their classrooms. Imagination station encourages the parents to be an active participant/observer of your their children’s daily activities. They have a lot of activities and programs that enriched my kids (1 & 3 year old) development. I would recommend this daycare to anyone with infants and toddlers. The teachers are great and the daycare makes me feel like I’m dropping my kids off in a safe place.

I cannot speak highly enough of Planet Kids Imagination Station. From the moment we enrolled our child, we’ve been consistently impressed by the warm, caring, and professional staff. The environment is nurturing and safe, and it’s clear that the educators are dedicated to fostering both the social and intellectual growth of the children in their care. Our son has thrived here — he looks forward to each day and has made wonderful progress in his development. The communication from the staff is always clear, and we feel fully involved in our child's learning journey. We love Ms. Lilly, Ms. Yeins, & Ms. Marlang. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our little one to grow and learn!

Dear Planet Kids, It's a frustrating feeling at work, having to send my wife into your building, eyes filled with tears to remove all of my son personal materials from his class. It's sad that your newest director and management see fit to indirectly cast my child out of your daycare through intentional delays and going back on your words not even a day later (you kmow exactly what i'm talking about). We sent our child to this daycare not because we needed a babysitter but to engage amongst people his age in a secure and enjoyable environment. Thanks for reconfirming that you are no longer that place. After looking at the most recent reviews, I can see that we are not alone on this front. New inquires and current goers, Be Aware.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. I am not only disappointed with the way they treat children and their families, I am disgusted. Finding a day care to put your little one is a very hard decision. When making your decision just know they will promise to get back to you but they won't. They do not put the child's needs 1st. Lastly, Ms. HEATHER is the worst unprofessional Director I have ever experienced. She will give her PERSONAL opinion of your child when she has only been there a few weeks and does not know anything about your child. I will be writing a BBB review next. One of the most expensive daycare out there because they "had cameras" and now they took the cameras away but make you pay the same price. Parents beware....do NOT bring your children here!
If you want your child to be loved and cared for and not seen as a dollar sign, this place isn't for you. We have been at Planet Kids since January of 2023 and had a few problems here and there that were addressed. However, ever since August came and the changes started being made, everything has been downhill. No more camera access, making children eat outside in 90 degree heat, and good luck trying to talk to the director. Ms. Heather was rude, and had the AUDACITY to bring up my child's special needs as the reason that they could not accommodate us. I wish she had been bold enough to put our conversation in writing as I'm sure she will deny her unprofessional management of our situation. There are so many better options in Palm Beach County. Don't waste your time here.
This daycare used to be so good, I started working there back in 2021. I used to actually enjoy going to work, I loved the children and staff there. And the parents seemed to enjoy my work ethic as well, until the owner decided to have Sally and Chrissy help out “temporary” back in September 2023 that’s when things really started to take a wild turn when Chrissy got the full time position, Chrissy treated everyone there like trash she didn’t follow protocol and guidelines the way that she expected us to and when she would make a mistake it would be our fault. She is a disgraceful human along with Sally I would have to say Sally would bad mouth both children and employees after we have done everything in our power to make them look good those people were very inconsiderate and disrespectful and racist those two discriminated so much that they didn’t seem to realize it. I am honestly happy I left that place when I did because look at it now they’re losing all their good workers do as you please with this information but my best bet would be to stay away. They had workers picking up trash when they should be in a classroom teaching. They had workers working in places they were not comfortable working in. They didn’t let their workers use the restroom in a timely manner/ take a lunch break at a proper time. Just to name a few things that I have observed during the course of time. Good luck!
It truly dismays me to see what has become of Imagination Station School, an institution that once prided itself on nurturing young, creative minds. Sadly, it appears the school's initial values have been warped into a crude quest for profit under the new director. The focus has shifted away from the welfare and growth of the children and their families, which is not only disheartening but also ethically wrong. Of particular concern is the leadership, specifically Heather. It's infuriating and deeply regrettable that someone so devoid of empathy occupies a leadership position in a school. The principal role demands compassion and understanding, which she clearly lacks. Equally concerning is the hardship endured by the committed, kind-hearted staff. It's heartbreaking to see them struggling under the directives of someone who shows such flagrant disregard for the true ethos of education. Seeing families pull their children from the school , and staff members leaving just as quickly, is testament to the current state of affairs. The school that was once an embodiment of love, care, and family values now stands unrecognizable. This transformation is truly tragic.
The new director Ms.Heather is horrible! I had a meeting with her and she told me she would follow up with me about my child in one week and it’s now a month later and she refuses to call me after multiple messages left for her. I would no longer recommend this school! My family used and loved this daycare for years but with this new director everything has changed.
The new director, Heather R., is rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic. One of the reasons why we chose this school was because we were able to watch our children on camera. She came in and has now taken that away from the parents. She has no concern for the parents and no sympathy for the children needs. She has been there 2-3 weeks and has disrupted everything in this school that was pleasurable and appealing to want your child to attend. And I've noticed how she treats the staff the with no respect. They need to get a different director in there like Ms. Christy or Ms. Sally who knows the parents and the children. The school was much better without Heather R.
This was the best daycare in the lake worth area UNTIL the new director Ms. Heather was assigned to this facility. The staff here is AMAZING (Sally, Michelle, Christy, and Ms. Victoria) and it’s unfortunate that they have to now take direction from someone who lacks such emotional intellect. I wouldn’t be surprised if the daycares ratings have a drastic decline in positive reviews.
