They now close on Sunday so you can’t pick up your dog Sunday evening if you go away for the weekend. Which makes no sense since someone has to be there to take care of the dogs anyway. So now they can get an extra night out of you and make more money. My husband was told we’d only be charged for two nights since we weren’t allowed to pick her up Sunday since they are now closed for pickups on Sundays. But they lied to us and we were charged for three nights. Yes, she stayed 3 nights but they told us we’d only be charged for two nights since we couldn’t pick her up Sunday and would have if they let us. When we booked her boarding they told us a total of $90, but instead it was $135, so we were either lied to our just told the wrong information. They told us we’d only be charged for another night if she was picked up last 11am on Monday, which she was not. We were return customers and it’s very sad that we’d be given the wrong information or straight up lied to. We will not be coming back again. That’s great extra staff can be with their families on Sundays, but someone must be there at some point to feed the dogs, so I don’t see why you can’t be closed to the public but just allow pickups at some point on Sundays even if it’s a two hour window on Sundays evening. This makes it less affordable for our family to board our dog when we go away for the weekend beside we usually stay Friday night and Saturday night and come back Sunday afternoon or evening. But regardless, we should be only charged the price we were told and we were not. I did not feel there was miscommunication. There WAS miscommunication and it was on your part. The fact is one of your employees DID tell us we did not have to pay for Sunday night. Regardless of if we were the first ones who had this miscommunication, we WERE told the price would be $90 by staff and that price should have been honored since the mistake was on your part.

We love Pet Play Town! The staff are outstanding and the facilities are huge and well maintained. Maggie has stayed for both daycare and boarding and both were fantastic. The staff are careful to separate dogs by size, temperament, etc. Everyone there loves dogs and is kind and patient. We just relocated out of the Orlando area and hope we can find a new place as wonderful as PPT - they set a high bar!! Also, grooming is excellent!
I love Pet Play Place!! I have been taking my doodle here for a couple years off and on and it seems like every time i go it just keeping getting better! Teddy loves the staff here and you can tell they love their clients as well!!!!

My dogs favorite place to be if he's not with me! Highly trustworthy and responsive to concerns. Great energy and the dogs are always happy! The grooming is great (my dog doesn't need a haircut ever but I'm sure it's great!)

Our fur baby, Bowie absolutley loves his Pet Play Town family and so do we! If you want to find a good, family owned place to take your pup to get some exercise and meet some new friends I highly recommend Pet Play Town Pet Resort for doggie daycare and boarding.
