Robin and ALL of the staff at Parents Choice Medical Daycare have been the most amazing blessing to our family. During a time when we did not know how we were going to give our child a safe/ healthy day to day life while we were at work, we felt hopeless and at a dead end. It wasn’t until we met Robin and took a tour around her facility with her that we regained our hope. We visited many other PPEC facilities in South Florida after an unexpected medical issue for child appeared. By far Parents Choice Medical Daycare was the best PPEC. You will find that the facility is bright, fun, engaging, spotless and the kids love being there. Medically, Robin and her staff are well rounded and extremely knowledgeable. They will implement the right plan of care for your child and keep you updated consistently throughout the process. Communication level is top tier. You can genuinely feel all of the love and care the staff has for all of the children here. They seriously feel like part of the family. This was the best choice we have made.

We toured several PPEC locations and Parents Choice was the best! It stood Finding care for a medical needy child is hard, but this is a great option. After a year with my child attening, I am so pleased to know my child receives quality care with attentive and kind staff and nurses.

Especially my son Roodley they give him the best care that he deserves. They help him with all the activities. I'm so proud of them. We LOVE Parents Choice. My daughter (2yo) started shortly after turning 1, and, although she couldn’t speak, the love and care was so evident in the way she embraced them and they her. There have never been tears at drop off! Whether it’s finding shoes to fit her chunky feet, answering after hours/weekend messages with questions about her health (even pictures of weird rashes), or including her older sister on holiday gifts, the level of care is unmatchable. Constantly grateful for finding this second family.

I can honestly say with every fiber of my being that this daycare is phenomenal!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and caring to each and every child, not once have I seen otherwise. My son was the first child to attend this school when it first opened and now my daughter is attending as well. She treats my kids as if they were her own and never once did she or anyone there mistreat/harm them in anyway. I’ve been with Robyn since day one and I will continue to stand by her side because she has changed mine and my kids’ lives in ways no one would ever believe. She fights tooth and nail for my son to be the healthiest he can be and if it wasn’t for her, he would still be borderline critical. He’s thriving in ways I was told he would never achieve and 100% it was because of Robyn and all of the wonderful nurses and therapists at Parent’s Choice Medical Daycare.

Be careful with this PPEC!!! My son suffers from seizures due to his brain damage. We chose to put him into Parents choice because we believed it was the right choice after touring and meeting the staff. A month after our son attending Parents choice we started to notice that the staff were off every time we picked our child up. They would speak to you with an attitude, make nasty and smart remarks etc… I personally always got the feeling that they acted 1 way in front of parents and a whole other way in private. Sadly I was right. Today on January 12th 2024 at 5:50pm I arrived to parents choice to pick up my son. The front door was open so there was no reason for me to knock and wait for someone to answer the door so I walked right in. The second I walked in my son was in the playroom with other kids and a nurse. My son saw me walk in right away and instantly started to smile. He then turned around and started to scream out of excitement from seeing me. The nurse that was with my son and the other kids in the playroom instantly grabbed my sons face in an aggressive manner, shut his mouth closed and yelled at him saying “NO! Don’t do that!!!” In a very mean way. Luckily she didn’t see me standing there so I got to see how she really treats my son in private and maybe other kids too. What really bothered me besides the point was there was another staff in the room with the nurse and the kids when the nurse did what she did to my son and the staff member stayed quiet like if he didn’t see nothing. That kinda tells me that they are familiar with those actions. I confronted the nurse and she attempted to say she didn’t do that when she knows she did. I didn’t know how to feel in the moment. All I knew was that all those negative thoughts and feelings me and my sons mother had about this PPEC was absolutely true. I’m very upset and frustrated from this situation because this is a daycare for kids with sever health and mental problems and require the best care. I advise any parent who sees this review to please make your decision carefully when it comes to enrolling your child here. I know every parent might have a different experience with them but what I experienced today broke my heart for my son. He can’t tell me what they do to him and he can’t defend himself. I wish I was able to get the nurse’s name but I didn’t since I was so angry and upset I just grabbed my son and left.

The Parents Choice Medical Daycare has a knowledgeable and dedicated staff! You can tell how much they care about the kids and put their health first. The daycare is also very clean and has a warm and inviting environment!

I am beyond thrilled I found a place for my child who is medically ill. Robyn and her whole staff go above and beyond for my son as well as the other kiddos. It is really stressful a parent of a medically fragile child to find someone who would take care of your child like their own. The daycare is always spotless and very friendly. I highly recommend this PPEC.

parents be aware of this ppec. if you have a disabled child & searching for the best care for your child KEEP SEARCHING. this is not the place to send your baby boy or girl. in the beginning this place will be filled with rays of sunshine when in reality is the total opposite. The owner is very disrespectful and tries to belittle the parents when asked about any negligence to my child. She gets angry so quickly and loves to hang up the phone on you. Multiple people warned me about her as a person but I ignored them because my son had one of the best therapist there. I’ve allowed her to talk to me in any way she wanted to because she was caring for my child but her tone is one of the most disgusting tones you can ever come across. She portrays herself as inferior to others. She’s says the rudest things to parents in the nicest way possible, she isnt who she claims to be when you call her school looking for Today was the last straw, my son was sent home without his g tube we are currently in the ER because of the negligence of this “nurse” that claims she saves lives everyday but failed to check these disabled babies before getting on a bus. So sad that we put our trust in these people and they fail us. Parents find a PPEC thats comfortable with you being able to watch your baby you never know who isnt truly watching them. Dont send your baby here, TRUST ME.

I cannot tell you how incredible this organization is! Every single staff member has truly opened their hearts to our son, and the care that they provide is unparalleled. The owner (Robyn) was a previous PICU/NICU nurse and she KNOWS HER STUFF. She is a fierce advocate for every child in her center, and the kids simply adore her and the wonderful staff she’s hired. It may sound crazy, but we actually bought our house because of the proximity to the PPEC. I cannot say enough good things about this center.
