We are so glad and grateful to have found this facility. A lot can be said about a business not when everything goes as planned, but how they handle challenges. We boarded our big guy (124 lbs) with our little guy (20 lbs) in a Presidential XL suite so that they could comfort each each other during their stay. Unfortunately, due to previous bad experiences our big guy almost immediately was displaying signs of stress. That is when the magic happened. Pampered Pet employees swiftly and confidently made a safety decision to move our little guy to his own suite due to the stress and angst our big was displaying. They called us immediately to notify us of their action and to inform us which camera we could view our little guy in his new pen. In addition they worked with our big guy, giving extra love and attention to help him with his stress and they moved him to a quieter part of the facility. For the next week we were able to view, in live time, both of pets acclimating and thriving in their new surroundings. On many instances we saw employees giving love and attention to all of the dogs on site. They confidentially led play groups for the dogs and attended to all of their needs. They were accurately aware of the high temperatures outside and took measures accordingly to ensure the animals were safe. They go above and beyond to attend to animals that are stressed by their surroundings and genuinely display care and affection to the animals. We were blown away by this display of professionalism and caring. Not only are we going to board our guys here in the future but we also plan on looking into utilizing some day care services as well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to board pets for a first time. This is a five star top notch facility run by competent and caring people. I am assured my dog will be safe, well taken care of and socialize with all the other pups. It is always very clean. The management procures current vaccination documentation which is so important. If I have to go out of town, I can peek in at my pup at any time with the installed camcorders. No matter what time I return, I can pick her up, unlike most other places that close at 5PM. She gets her bubble baths and nail trims there too. We had previously had him at another resort where he came back with a cough and horrible contact dermatitis on his testicles. When we picked him up here he smelled fresh and had no issues. Axl is prone to allergies but did not have any problems at Pampered Pets. We are so happy we found this place. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and we are so glad we made the drive to find a safe place for our precious delicate baby!

Mando always has the best time, whenever we get him back home he is so pooped from all the playing. This place had the nicest facility and I heavily researched before I left him. I love that they have cameras in the play areas AND the kennels. I watched them non stop lol. Milo also had a birthday when he was there and they celebrated with a doggie cake! It was the sweetest thing. I didnt even tell them it was his birthday so I was very surprised when they sent me pictures. I cried! Thank you guys for taking good care of my baby. I will definitely use your facility again.

This is the first time we have kenneled our dogs and I am so impressed with this kennel! It was clean, the staff was amazing and I would recommend this kennel to anyone. It was the staff that impressed me the most they treated my dogs like their own. I have a senior dog with alot of anxiety and wow she loved it there too. Thank you to the staff!!!
Very impressive facility!
I was so disappointed with this place, my first and last time using them. My dog is very shy and my reason for bringing her there was to interact with other dogs, I told them this. They lied and said she got along great with the other dogs, then said she tried to jump the fence????? and they could not let her out on her own. Then told me that she was not introduced to the other dogs. What is the truth here. My poor dog sat in a cube listening to barking dogs for 2 hours and then never got to meet the pack. They only let the dogs play 30 minutes 7:00 am 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm for the large dogs. Not much of a doggy day care. There you go again saying you do not have my name in your system. You are not to be trusted, of course you have had me in your system.

Warning. Terrible new development at pampered pet resort. They have changed their play schedule and deleted an entire session for all pets. This means your pet will only go out every four hours and if you drop them off at daycare, they will only go out once in a seven hour period. This is crazy. The staff was of no help. The manager does not want to return calls your pet will be locked up for four hours at a time and only go out once in an eight hour time. If you leave your dog for 24 hours, they only go out 4 times!!!!. THIS IS STRAIGHT CRAZY THEY THINK ITS OK. CRAZY. BE WARNED. Update: they think dogs being out less and in their crate more is good for the dog. See their response. It’s nuts. They have an indoor facility the dogs could use. This wreaks of company deciding profit over dogs is ok. It’s not, dogs don’t go to you to stay in a cage for 4 hours a time. It meant poor Reggie was there from 8:30am to 3pm and only let out 1 time!!! How many times did you walk by poor Reggie in the crate during the 6 hours you couldn’t be bothered to take him out? Ludicrous that you say you’re for pets when you act this way, knowing a dog has only been out 1 time! In 6+ hours!!!. Shame on you and your employees for this terrible policy. Stay away.
