Palm Beach Preschool in West Palm Beach, Florida offers a mixed experience with primarily Spanish-speaking staff and regular parent engagement activities. The facility maintains clean premises and provides convenient aftercare services with transportation from local schools. While some parents praise specific teachers for their dedication and care, others note communication challenges and strict policies regarding fees and parent access to classrooms.

I did a tour in Palm Beach Preschool and at soon I walked around and I meet the director Ms Eilin I felt that this preschool was a right place for my daughter. The teachers was very kind and lovely when we meet them in the classroom. I highly recommended.
At first I was happy with my cousin coming to this daycare but throughout the time my cousin would complain they were scaring her , they yelling at her . Some teachers treat the kids horrible behind close doors but in front of you they will act like they love them. My cousin end up switching my cousin to another school I wish I could give a 5 star for them but the school it’s self isn’t the best . Hopefully Corporate looks into these matters that the director can’t resolve.
One of the biggest mistakes I have made was putting my daughter in palm beach preschool. They don't really care about the kids, they only worry about money. My daughter has come home with a stomach ache almost everyday and when I asked her what she ate at the school, her response was always “cookies, cupcake, and yogurt.” I recently found out that the kids have not been allowed to play in the playground or even go outside because of ants. One day, my daughter complained about her teacher touching her underwear. I reported it to the director who took me to the classroom to question the teacher about touching my daughter’s pantie but the teacher doesn’t even speak English. Before that incident, I was never allowed to meet my daughter’s teacher during the entire year that my daughter has been there. Parents are not allowed to go to the classroom to drop off their kids, to pick up kids or even to check on their kids. The parent-teacher conference is done with the director because the teachers don't speak English. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
As a parent who have experience with other daycare providers, Bright Beginnings, Kindercare, Little Dude Ranch, I can truly say this one is the worst. There is no reminder/statement issued/email for payments; therefore if you forget to pay by Monday night there is a $10 late fee. When I told them a reminder would be nice, I was told they only do that as a courtsey. No matter if you have always paid on time. There is no grace for the parents. Even talking to the manager will not help you. I found this school charges more $10 fees than any other school I have encountered. For example, if you don't call them to let them know your child is not attending that day or if you forget to sign your child in/out for the day. This school is primarily Spanish speaking, so there were some issues with communication. The only good things about this school is they offer aftercare with transportation from school, they have many open houses for parents to attend, & the school is clean. If you are considering this school, please read everything you are initialing on the registration forms because there is a lot expected of the parents & nothing falls back on them. Conclusion: I do not recommend unless they make some changes & will not be returning.
My daughter went to their vpk program, She just graduated. We were new to the area and she’s never left me before. I was so nervous leaving her when I never have before. The office lady, Melissa was so nice. She always answered my questions I had. The 2 pre school teachers Mrs.daniella and Mrs.leydi were 100% the best. Everytime I volunteered for a party Mrs.daniella always kept me updated on how my daughter was doing. I so wish I could bring those teachers with to kindergarten. They were truly the best. We are so sad to be leaving them.
Great school Macy and staff also such a great job with kids Kyng
My doughter is been here for long time never we had issue also teachers are so nice persons and my doughter Isabella love them all ❤️
i was so nervous with applying for my daughter to attend A baby's world. But i honestly think it was one of the best decisions i've made. Of course its not easy dropping your only child off and going your way.. but to actually see my daughter running to her teachers smiling; makes me so happy. She has been learning so much !! Also they do update you on your child whenever they can. Londyn love's all her teachers when i pick her up she say's bye to them and blow them a kiss; i love it so much. Thank you all for caring for my daughter.
