Our daughter started at O2B on her first birthday two months ago, and I am so pleased with the quality of her experience and the attentiveness of the staff. All of her teachers are so caring and loving and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes me feel so much better about leaving my baby in their care. When I was touring daycares, O2B stood out because the kids seemed really happy and its clear that they are. I like the fact that they have a very play based (rather than overly structured) model. Kids should be kids for as long as possible and it seems like O2B really enables that. Thank you to the wonderful folks at O2B for providing our children with a wonderful experience

Ms. Shaliyah is an amazing teacher! Her dedication and passion for teaching are evident in everything she does. She creates a warm and welcoming environment in the classroom, and her students absolutely love her. She goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels supported and encouraged. We are so grateful for her hard work and the positive impact she has on her students. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were excited about O2B, but we unenrolled after day 1 because they quickly lost our trust with their negligence and multiple mistakes. The teacher and management seemed overwhelmed and unable to properly attend to our infant and were unapologetic about it. Here's what went wrong: -Her crib and cubby were not labeled upon arrival. -A teacher dressed her in another student’s sleep sack, which we informed them of when we went in to drop something off midday. -The teacher who was holding her when we went in midday coughed a lot without covering her mouth or wearing a mask in the short time were there to drop off the item midday. -Someone else’s pacifier was in the bouncer with her when we came in to pick her up at the end of the day, and the teacher admitted to giving it to her. (This was particularly concerning since there were many kids with runny noses and watery eyes in the room who appeared sick, and this item goes directly in the mouth.) -Management shared that more kids were/would be added to the room recently/soon due to corporate demands, and they didn't sound happy about it. -We were told the policy was to send a minimum of two photos a day in the app, and we asked several times that day but did not receive any. -Only one diaper change was logged in the app at the end of the day, although we were told all diaper changes would be logged. -When we communicated these concerns mid-day and at the end of the day, the teacher and management did not seem very concerned or apologetic. Instead, they blamed that one of the three teachers in that room was out with car trouble, so they pulled someone from another room to help, and they started two other infants last week, so things were "hectic." I would leave one star, but they did refund all but the $100 enrollment fee, which we appreciated since their policy requires a week's notice to cancel.

O2b South Westshore is great! My son is always excited to go to school. He loves playing with his friends, and always tells me about the activities he completed with his teacher. I’ll definitely recommend this school to anyone looking!

Of all of the preschools in the area, O2B South Westshore is one of, if not the best. Parris and Nina are so helpful and make sure to cultivate a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors and all of the staff are extremely caring, especially Ms. Jessica and Ms. LaNette, who have made the infant room feel more like a home than a classroom.

O2B has given me a chosen family! I would 10/10 recommend this preschool to all my friends/family members. They have constant communication with parents throughout the day and the staff LOVES each kid like their own! Ms.Parris is an amazing director & an even better person!
