You will never truly know what happens to your kids while they’re there. This daycare is driven by money, not the safety or well-being of the children in their care. They were just shut down by the county, and for good reason. Look up their history—it's shocking! From leaving kids unattended in vans to falsifying paperwork, transporting children in private vehicles, and covering it all up. They’ve even lost their ability to work with ELC! The level of dishonesty and disregard for children's safety is beyond unacceptable. DON'T WALK AWAY, RUN!
I had such high hopes when I first called this daycare, but those hopes were shattered almost immediately. Two weeks into the school year, I reached out to see if they could pick up my children from school, as kids did not adapt well to the after care at the school. They assured me they could provide transportation. On the first day, my son told me he was picked up in a personal vehicle, which immediately raised red flags. When I questioned the daycare, they claimed the van had issues but would be ready in 2-3 days. I later found out that this was a lie. They had their transportation rights on hold because they had LEFT A CHILD in a turned-off vehicle just two months prior! When I discovered this, I was horrified. The director—someone I genuinely believed to be a good person—looked me in the eyes and lied to me about the safety and well-being of my child. This is not just a minor issue; this is about the safety and trust that every parent expects from a childcare provider, and they failed miserably. They had their license suspended temporarily because of all of the situations. I urge every parent to look into this facility’s licensing history. They have a pattern of serious issues, and this is not an isolated incident. Even worse, this place is run by family members, and they cover for each other at every turn. If you care about the safety of your child, do not send them here. They cannot be trusted.
Don’t believe the good reviews. They take money off your payments to write good reviews. Let’s start about my son being locked in the aftercare van. A woman walking down the street witnessed him banging on the windows and screaming. She had to knock on the door and let them know. I never once got a phone call or was informed when I picked my children up. I’m had to call the police and make a complaint. They have been under investigation. Come to find out the Van wasn’t up to code so they weren’t allowed to use it. They are now shut down for picking up children in their personal vechicles. This place has been a nightmare since Ms.Kathy taken over. Not to mention she stole money from me over a field trip. She should be nowhere around children,
My kids weren’t happy here. They would come home misserable. They never took the kids outside to play. Ever. Basically punishing the kids for being kids.
My son goes to daycare since he’s one year old, I was hesitant to leave him at such young age but it was a great decision, he has learn a lot and he’s always happy when I drop him off, he receives a lot of care from the teachers, I strongly recommend Next Generation Academy, you can trust on them.
This is the best educational center I could find for my children. It is a happy healthy environment, my children have learned a lot. The staff is very professional and friendly. I recommend them 100 percent.
I am not one to write bad reviews but when it comes to something bad I do it and in this case it is something very bad. Please mothers, do me the favor of reporting this daycare, I had my children here for many years and now they have new teachers and a new school director if i can call her that !THEY treat children like animals, they PUNISH THEM wiith the snack, they punish them by looking at the wall. The director is always screaming, , she doesn't let them talk, she doesn't take them out to play in the playground. The principal treats her two-year-old daughter so badly that I can't imagine how she treated my children. My 7-year-old son said that he grabbed my 3-year-old son by the shirt and pushed him towards the office . I'm not the only mother who is reporting this daycare this daycare is a HORRIBLE!!! they make the kids face down the table at 4pm intel parents pick them UP! insane Also payments are due every monday Morning ... excep for her friends they can pay thrusday or friday when ever they want !!! one time she called all the parents to come and pick up their kids cus they where talking to each other and not doing the correct thing LOL whT the hell please if you feel the same way as me called owner sam look up number on sunbiz with school address or report to apple certificate dont let your kids be unhappy! please dont be scare think of your kids .
My son attends Next Generation for a long time. There has been a lot of changes to the school in the last few months with staff and director. I was going to move but don't want to take my son to any other school. For me the school is better now the director is very strict with policies, but she is also very helpful and understanding. My son is learning a lot and I love how education is really important. I wish they had a elementary so my son could stay.
