Very caring teachers, attentive, informative and kept me on the loop about everything. They made it important for my child to learn, stay safe but most of all have fun!!. My son didn't want to come home and always looked forward to coming back the next day. I definitely recommend this learning center to my friends, colleagues and neighbors. I also loved the daily pictures Mrs. Jesmarie sent to us so I can see my child throughout the day. Thank you My First Step One learning center. Our experience with My First Step One Learning Center has been nothing short of amazing! Our 3 y/o had a tough time adjusting to her previous, larger preschool so we decided to find a smaller one that could provide more attentive care. And we hit the jackpot with My First Step One! Ms. Angel, the owner/director, and all the teachers are so kind and caring. They took the time to get to know us and provide amazing care for our daughter. I can't recommend them enough! If you're in need of a childcare option, definitely consider adding My First Step One to your list.
My two kids go the NY branch of my first step daycare and I must say this is an excellent place for my kids. Angel, Ashley and all the staff members are amazing with the kids, always having fun and educational activities for them. We feel very confortable to have my children in this daycare because safety comes first at all times and the staff always keep the daycare very clean. Overall, I can only say positive things about my first step daycare. Extremely happy with the services they provide.
My baby attendant to this Daycare in the New York location for about 2 years now and all I can said is that they are the best, the staff is very responsible attentive and caring. My Son loves to be there and my mind feels peaceful when he is with them! They really love what they do!! and the place it’s very clean and in excellent condition! All I have to say it’s thank you very much My First step daycare for taking care my little one❤️
We have really enjoyed getting to know the staff at My First Steps One. They are genuinely kind and caring. They love what they do and it shows in how they care for our children every day! The facility is so clean and well maintained. The staff are well trained (and certified) and are excellent with the kids. The kids look forward to going because they keep them busy with fun activities and an appropriate curriculum for each age. My 3 year old comes home telling us about about Ms.Keila taught him. It’s been a great experience and we recommend My First Steps One Learning Center to anyone that wants a loving environment where your kids can learn and grow!
My daughter goes to My first Steps branch in NY and I am really happy because she is learning so much. The staff is welcoming and very approachable. I really love the Staff/parents ongoing communication. Also have to mention that safety and Hygiene is number 1 for them.
I gave this daycare five star because of the service the way they take care of the kids they so responsible and they make the kids feel like there are home. The employer they are so wonderful the food is really good and the personality it’s awesome…. I recommend this daycare 100%.
