Very horrible all 3 locations they were absolutely mean to both of my 3 year olds and mid treating them then when addressed about it was told I don’t care and they kicked my daughter out and trespassed me. They also was stealing money and over charging me until I caught on to what was going on . I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to my enemy please don’t send your kids here all they care about is money and their children that they have at the daycare as well.
If they were negative starts this place would get it. I won’t post why they are getting one star, but they are getting one star from me. They have treated my sister with nothing but absolutely disrespect.
I'm so grateful to Mrs. Vanessa and and her staff. They treat my son and me like family, and my son is incredibly happy there. It's difficult to have to leave my son each day for work, but knowing that he is in a safe, loving, and fun environment makes it bearable. My son is always excited to start his day at Mrs. Vanessa's.
I have had my son at this Mrs Vanessa's for only 5 months and I would have sworn it was so much longer, because my son has enjoyed going to school here and meeting new friends. The teachers as well as the owner are beyond amazing, they truly are a God send. I had never seen a school that a child wants to always be at, since at times my son seems to never want to leave. Also, Mrs Vanessa is wonderful at letting you know how your child is doing through the day, as well as when they are doing something new with them, and I say this due to the fact that I have spoken to Mrs Vanessa numerous times while she has been working with my child during the transition phase of being 3 and getting ready for Pre-K 4 next year, so that I know how to better help him at home as well as for the time he is with her. Now, to the best part, the music that is heard at Mrs Vanessa's is beyond words, since she has the children listening to Christian music while they sleep, and to me that is awesome, because I listen to the same station in my own car and I will hear him sing along, all because he has heard it at school, and this is part of the values that I want for my child. So to say that I would recommend anyone to Mrs Vanessa's is absolutely true.
