I had a great experience with my daughter when she went there. It's small, but I never worried about my daughter's well-being while I was gone, which is worth a lot.

This place is kind of run down , and the owner or Mrs Kathy has a very bad attitude. If it is not her way then it’s no way at all is what I saw with my experience with her . I DEFINITELY would not ever recommend this place or this owner to care for any kids I knew

They will not work with your child if they consider your child is not keeping up. This daycare gave me two weeks notice saying they won't take my child because they think he is not where he needs to be with the other kids. They gave me a bs evaluation and tried to claim that they couldn't help my child. There was nothing wrong with my child but they insisted my child had a problem. They do not care and will NOT take care of your kid.

Trashy. Just don't. No respect for parents or kids. Filthy. Kids covered in dirt and RUST. Belittling and manhandling the toddlers. Meal portions are mere scraps. Save your receipts, you'll need them. Tuition scams. Fake tax forms. Worse than a puppy mill. They teach your kids weird versions of prayers...without permission. I don't know who was more rude, the office girl or the one with the jailhouse tattoos. So trashy.

Their ELC is your quintessential dirty trashy day care. Don't put your kids here. Nothing but bad attitudes, inadequate care and tuition schemes. They got nasty when we said we were putting our child in school for VPK in the fall and they tried to scam extra tuition payments from us when we left. This place should be shut down by the state. I work down town as a contractor, I seen a buss full of kids from ms Kathy’s pull up to see all the balloons they have put downtown Pensacola I’m assuming, and as they got out and was lining up. Who ever she was, I’m assuming the day care teacher, blonde headed in her twenties kind of small with glasses. She was grabbing the kids aggressively and snatching them around. I actually said something from across the street loud enough that I hope she heard me. I would not be ok leaving my child under her care. And if I had seen her snatching my kid around like that….. it would have been ugly. They weren’t even running around and acting like kids they where al walking in line I’m guessing not good enough to her standards? There was no excuse for her to put her hands on those children the way she did. She needs to be fired immediately.

This isn’t a place to take your child for before & after school program. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, after they dismissed my child with only few weeks because they had short staff issues. They take only cash or check NO credit card available.

I HIGHLY recommend Miss Kathy’s ELC. My daughter has been going since she was 2 and LOVES it there! The curriculum is outstanding. My daughter was counting to 10 in Spanish AND learned some sign language..all by 2 1/2. The teachers are great and are very involved with all of the children.

This isn’t a place to take your child for vpk, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, after they dismissed my child with only two months left in her school year. Only because she needing more help, and didn’t understand questions the teacher was asking. You need take your child to place where no matter what level they’re at in their learning they won’t give up on them.
