I love working here! All the staff cares about all the children that attend! Such a nice and nurturing environment for the staff as well as the children!

This place is amazing my son has been going since he was about 5 months old I believe and the teachers are wonderful the director is amazing Suzanne, Polly, Stephanie, Lee, Kim are the main ones that watch my son and they are just fantastic all of the teachers in this facility just adore him and I love the amount of love they give him. I never have to worry about anything while my husband and I are at work and we always pick him up and he has the biggest smile on his face. He has learned a lot of skills and has grown so much. I will truly miss this place, the teachers/director and just everything about this place puts me in awe. I love this place and am so grateful they take care of my son like he is one of their own. thank you so much Midway family!

IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD They kindly kept his spot for me until sept 5th on Tuesday which was his start day the first day of daycare my son has stayed at home with me until he turned 1 and i decided it was time for him to have other kid interaction, The first day i knew i had issues with the procare app because my email was put in wrong from the start i didnt get a call for confirmation or anything i just showed up . When we arrived noone was in the office i didnt get a tour , a door code , any type of welcoming guidance whats so ever so they called and reset my app email the second day as i dropped my son off the next day he cried and screamed which is concerning but kinda normal considering its a big transition. I had asked considering someone was in the office the second day for a door code & wondering how much i owed for the week considering i never got a price when we started, or any paper work or anything once the app was set up i paid on a Thursday of 7th & my payment processed on friday the 8th i then got a message on monday the 11th that i was past due on tuition and i stated to ashley the assistant director that i paid on Thursday and she said it was for the following week & i was confused because his first day was sept 5th thats 3 days in that i paid there was no following week & the amounts didnt add up i would be paying 400$ for 5 days total of daycare & i also asked for a food menu & they stated “they dont have one they just throw things together “ but on the rules and regulations we cant bring outside food in because there program is state funded and couldnt allow outside food coming in but wasn’t organized enough to tell me or give me a menu on what my child was eating I then reached out for recommendations because midway is not working out & had several moms & employees reach out to me stating they have seen and experienced abuse from the director & assistant director and how she hides from parents when they need to speak to her. which is probably why i only seen her 2 times . they unenrolled him they are saying i owe for this week when he has only been for 1 day and they told me they dont charge for days they charge for the week (they also say only payment that is accepted is online ) on pro care app But i have no balance outstanding? I then asked for a ledger explaining payment and wasnt provided with one . I took my transfer sheet in there for the DIRECTOR to sign and Suzanne the director hands it to ashley the assistant director so she can sign it & still state i owe money 😅 & the teachers are treated badly . 2 teachers currently have 22 2 yr olds by themselves & another teacher has 23 students alone and they ask for help and are denied. & several abuse cases and DCF was Called within 5 days of me being there With that being said i wouldnt not recommend them & i hope they get the right people to own and direct this place for the better and this kids are treated correctly it took 5 days of my child going there to realize this place is unorganized & noncaring for our childs wellbeing & parents comfort & security. Also was being charged a parent fee of 18$ a day when i had asked if anything extra was being added i was told no And they couldn’t explain it to me . I know several other moms that has had issues & payment issues within the past few weeks i have spoke and compared our problems . As a mom who doesnt trust daycare in general & as unprofessional & unwelcoming this was never again.

Doesn’t seem to have a lot of love, child was going for a full week they still do not know his name. Go to drop him off and workers are standing around talking and not greeting the children. Just not real happy with this daycare. I have to leave him crying every morning with not help.

I can't say enough good stuff about this facility. Thank you for all you do for our children!

I do highly recommend them only today I called 2 to ask questions being my granddaughter started pre-K there and a young woman answered screaming stop calling and hung up then I called back and she picked up and hung it up again ... not professional it is concerning ...

I absolutely LOVE Midway Learning Center!! These are some of the most compassionate and caring women I have ever met. And they adore my son. They are attentive, and patient with him. They are understanding, and supportive of my decisions in regards to my sons development. He is behind in some areas of his development, and not only did they notice it, they approach and work with it. He has been accepted into the early steps program, not only do they allow the speech therapist to come, but also his occupational therapist, and they are willing to learn the certain tools my son will need to succeed. I can not say enough about these women! I admire, respect and love all of them, for how great they are with our children! Thank you ladies, and Midway Learning Center!! <3
