When I inquired about enrolling my son into the 3year old class I received a quick response from Mrs,’.Brake, I went with my son to tour the school and I was all ready to register him. However, before they approved my application, she called me in for a meeting where she said she was concerned because of my sons speech delay that he wouldn’t be able to express himself if a child took something from him and may be taken advantage of by 2 students in the class that have behavior issues. So she suggested a program from the county that provide services for children his age with speech delays, but if I wanted to I can still enroll him but that I should speak with husband about our conversation before I decide what to do. A few weeks later when I realized the child find process is a very, very long process I emailed her to find out if I can still enroll him in the meanwhile and she told me that they had no more space for him but she can add him to the waitlist. I’ve emailed her 3 times since with no response. I feel like my son was discriminated against because he has a serious speech delay, but even with his speech delay he is a well behaved child, follows directions and expresses himself in other ways when he doesn’t know how to use his voice. So if you have a child with a disability, I don’t not recommend applying here.

This school is fantastic. My child started coming here in VPK and now he is in 4th grade and I absolutely love it.

I just wanted to say that I love both Little Lambs Preschool and Good Shepherd Academy! I have four children ages 4, 6 , 8, and 10 that all attend school here and I cannot imagine sending them anywhere else! The staff is loving, supportive and kind. The security is great. Doors are locked during the school day and all visitors must sign in. At LLA and GSA my children receive a Christ-centered education that is top notch. I love Little Lambs and Good Shepherd. I am so thankful to the Lord that we have these wonderful programs in our community!
