Author: Amanda Bosque Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/17/2024, 4:01:56 AM Review: Little footsteps has been a blessing to my family. My daughter has been going there since she was 4 months and now she is two. She was adored when she was in the infant room and when she moved up she developed a very close bond with her new teachers as well. That shows me how much they truly care about her. Anytime I’ve had an issue the owners get right on it and take care of it. They are also great with special needs kids. My 4 year old son went there for a few months before he went to ese pre-k and they took great care of him and was very understanding of his disability. Also, I love the updates throughout the day!! ----- Author: Peyton Ahern Rating: 1/5 Date: 8/1/2023, 2:18:54 PM Review: First of all, I’d like to say that I’m not trying to down this daycare, just sharing my experience for the sake of other parents and the education of the new owners. My daughter had an amazing experience in the infant room. Melissa, Jessie and Olivia were flawless and I eventually ended up calling them the “dream” team. My daughter even formed a bond with ms. Jessie and seemed happy even to be dropped off in their care. On July 1st my daughter turned 1. Based off my experience with the infant room, I felt comfortable with my daughter being moved up to the next level classroom. That week, I was notified 3 times of minor bites she had gotten, and a small bump she had gotten on her head, which was expected but the frequency of the biting made me uneasy. I understood they were not allowed to disclose the child that did the biting but I ended up getting the understanding that this was 1 child doing it. Flash forward a week, my daughter endured a brutal bite to her face, about 1/4 inch away from her eyes, breaking the skin. I was called and notified, but I knew this one was different based on how this was handled. I was reassured that the child that was biting was being moved up to the next class. I was confused as to if this child was targeting mine? And if so, why hadn’t they been suspended after that many bites? I went in that next Monday to talk to her teacher… but they told me her teacher had quit the prior week. My decision was made then. I did not feel safe with my daughter at this facility. The staff was not consistent, and when I picked my daughter up she was very upset. She’s currently enrolled in another much smaller daycare. Her current teacher has mentioned she feels my daughter was “traumatized” at this facility.

My kids love to go here and look forward to their time at LFA. My kids get picked up from there school by LFA and they are always early to wait for my children in drop the off line. Even my kids school speaks highly of little footsteps. The staff is beyond flexible and patient and especially understanding. There are security cameras in all of the rooms and everytime i pick up my kids they are playing and have huge smiles on their faces. I love love love little foot steps academy!

I love little footsteps academy before I had my older son there which was under different management and they were awesome but even now with this new management my little one loves going and loves his teacher Ms. Deja she has the patience and also the time to be with him especially with all the kiddos. I definitely give it to the teachers to have that patience with all the kids at once I been there to wait while my son finished his food and how they have everything so organized for our kiddos. I definitely always will recommend this location to anyone because with new changes and all they are great.
I couldn‚Äôt be happier to have my kids there. The staff is always attentive and aware of everything that happens with my children. I have a 4-year-old in VPK and a 2-year-old, and they both love going to school. I highly recommend LFAC! If you‚Äôre still deciding where to enroll your little ones, I suggest taking a tour to see for yourself. A big thank you to the staff and owner‚Äîyou‚Äôre all doing an amazing job! ü•≥
I love this daycare! The teachers and staff are always happy, friendly and kind. The communication between parents and staff is phenomenal. The facility is very organized and overall you can tell there is structure in the organization.
My son loves this care center! The staff is so kind and has always been helpful and understanding. Any issues I've raised have always been addressed quickly and efficiently. I love their monthly newsletter - it's so helpful to keep me updated on events and activities (which are always very creative and fun!)
toxic environment. Directors are horrible. Can’t keep staff it’s always someone new.
Great experience with this school. The VPK teachers are great. Miss Deja is very patient and attentive to the kids. You can tell they really want the kids to be successful.
My son started going here 2 weeks ago and he’s had a very hard time adjusting from being at the same daycare he was previously at for 2 years. The teachers there are very patient and understanding with him. He’s came home and been talking so much more and I absolutely LOVE that we get updates on them throughout the day!! I was so nervous moving daycare and him adjusting but it’s been great!
