Several times we showed up to our confirmed appt to find the time had been changed to 30-60 mins later. When I asked to leave with my autistic son that has a hard time waiting I was threatened with a no change fee. Our OT was fantastic and I really tried to make this office work because of her. They are also committing insurance fraud which they admitted to. They are billing insurance for more time than they are providing and then trying to balance bill you for the remaining when they are in network and have a negotiated rate. Just stay way, prevent a headache and don’t waste your time!!

Little Champs Therapy made it possible to get my 2 year old into ALL (OT, Speech, Feeding, Physical, and ABA) the therapies he needs under one roof and worked with my hectic schedule. He is very excited everyday to go into the building to see his friends.
