My child loves going to school everyday she has learned so much.

everyone here is so nice and helpful if anyone is looking to start their kids in daycare this is definitely one of my top choices! 10/10 recommend :)

This place is great! My son has been attending for some time now and we couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is helpful knowledgeable and loving to the children. I wouldn’t have my child anywhere else!

Lil stars is a wonderful school.

It’s not only infuriating to give a 1 star to this school but heartbreaking. Both of my sons started here in august 2022. 1 in VPK and the other in the 2year old class. After touring 4 schools and debating on quitting my job to take care of the kids I met Ms. Katherine at lil stars. I IMMEDIATELY signed them up and was so happy! For the next 2 years, I never worried about my kids being away from me. I would brag about how amazing this school was and would even bring boxes of popsicles for the summer, cupcakes and party favors for every single holiday. The turn over rate for teachers was very low and it was amazing. There was structure and routine. The school parents were great and we were all like a family. It was perfection! A mother’s dream!! My son graduated VPK with ms Katherine and was more than prepared for kindergarten. I decided to keep my other son in the VPK program instead of transferring him to my other sons Christian schools VPK program because I wanted to stay with ms. Katherine and give my son the same head start for kindergarten. Fast forward to august 2024 when VPK starts..I was informed ms Katherine was getting promoted and Ms Chrissy (my son’s 3 teacher)would be the VPK teacher. Perfect. We love her too! About a week later I’m informed ms Chrissy is no longer there and there will be a new vpk teacher, Tina. About 2-3 weeks into this transition, Im informed by a friend of mine who also attends this daycare to check my account bc like myself, she also pays in cash and never asks for a invoice and when she went to pay it showed a late fee when she paid it already. I decided to check my account to be safe upon picking up my son the same day. Long and behold my account was also showing delinquent when I made the payment on time (I’ve NEVER IN OVER 2 YEARS HAVE BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT) I brought this to Tina’s attention who informed me “she didn’t put the payments in and this job was overwhelming”. (Mind you, this was a Thursday. I paid on MONDAY) why the payment wasn’t entered for 3 days and allowed to be processed as late is beyond me. I brought this to ms. Katherine’s attention who promptly handled it. Fast forward a few weeks later and I’m told there’s a new VPK teacher. When that teacher “didn’t work out” there was a new lady named Kayla. Kayla was the temporary VPK teacher, mind you, this is the 4th VPK teacher in 2 months. (Not including the one that didn’t work out). At this point I was getting concerned with who is watching my child and what exactly is he doing in VPK if there is no consistent teacher. Upon speaking to kerry (a new director)about this as well as many other parents, we were informed that ms Katherine was sick and that she’s temporarily out but rest assured she will be back to take over, this is when I should’ve pulled him and left, BUT because this school was so great before I trusted the process and kept my son there. I started to notice more and more kids leaving And for the first time had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the female owner (bills wife). I walked in and saw another mom approaching an elderly woman whose nose was so high in the air if it rained she would’ve drowned. When she asked if she was new and extended her hand to introduce herself, the elderly owner said “I’m the owner” in a sarcastic entitled way without even acknowledging the handshake. The following week I went in to drop off my son and there was 1 woman with the entire school so I (with no background check) was able to sit in and watch kids until another teacher arrived. Every single original teacher has left because the owners are nasty. They lost the last 3 original teachers in a month (Katherine, Kelly, Hannah). Fast forward to last week and Tina is back and cash payments start not getting entered again. Today, My son was dismissed from this daycare by bill(owner) for me questioning why my payments are not Being entered once again and for telling other parents to check their accounts. This school was at 60 kids in august and now is at 15 in 4 months. If you choose this place you must hate your kid.

New teachers every couple weeks. We had to switch daycares. My child was unhappy, new teachers every couple weeks, faculty issues, everyone there is overwhelmed.
