Lightbridge Academy has exceeded all of my expectations. My child is thriving, learning sign language and Spanish. The administration and staff make us feel like family. I realize that it may not be a fit for everyone, however, as a first time mom, I am truly grateful for their live cameras and family feel! I can go to work each day secure knowing that my child is take care of and loved immensely! Thank you Lightbridge Academy for bringing a quality preschool to our community!

My experience with Lightbridge Academy has been disappointing. I had such high expectations. There is a lack of compassion and consistency. My son is not where he needs to be with his speech which I asked from the beginning was it’s an issue and I was told no. Now that my child has been enrolled a little over a month each day I realized the teachers might not be the best fit for my son. I have camera access where I am able to check-in. I checked in on my son just to see him on the floor for over 15 minutes (not sure how long before that) sleeping or pretending to sleep. He was left to lay on the dirty wooden floor because it was time to wake up and he wasn’t ready to get up from his nap. He was left on the floor while one of the teachers stood there dancing and eating. Imagine there was no camera access. I am leaving a review to bring attention to what’s going on in this facility. I provide a ready-to-eat meal each day except for Fridays because I paid for pizza on Fridays -but Monday-Thursday to see that his lunch is being stored in the fridge and served cold each day shows how little consideration there is. No child should eat nuggets, rice, etc., cold when his meals are provided in his thermos plate which means his meals are ready to eat. Why is ok for anyone to provide a child with cold food from the fridge? When I notice these things and call the school a reason is always provided that does make sense. One solution is to pay for the hot meals they provide. I know my son will not eat those meals so I bring my own hoping he will eat something. There was another instance where he was sitting there while other children were eating their pizza on Friday (I pay for pizza on Fridays) and he didn’t get his pizza and no one cared enough to inquire about his lunch. I called the school and asked about his pizza and then it was provided after most of the students were finished eating. Where is the consideration, care, and compassion if you can see others eating and not check on my son's meal?—-that I paid for!!! This hurt me to my core to see how inconsiderate people can be to babies. This is just a daycare and nothing else. I haven’t seen anything to make me think otherwise. I would hope to see improvement and changes because the prices at this facility are not cheap so my expectations need to be met.

Lightbridge has been an amazing experience for myself and my 2yr old as we transitioned into daycare. My son looks forward to spending his day playing and learning with his friends. The staff is friendly and caring and my son has become comfortable and familiar with them.

My experience with Lightbridge Academy has been disappointing. The center lacks sufficient teachers, essential supplies, and consistency in my child’s learning and development. Additionally, communication with the front office has been extremely difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility to other parents.

Amazing preschool located in between St. Lucie West and Tradition that was just voted #1 for St. Lucie County! A true Solution for Working Families... Live parent view cameras, part time options, hot-catered lunches, amazing, credentialed staff who truly care! I highly recommend!

I recently enrolled in a program with this company and had to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $175 and a deposit of 50% of the monthly tuition. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested a refund on the same day of enrollment, but I was informed that the registration fee is non-refundable and I could only receive 50% of the deposit back. I understand that businesses have policies, but it feels unfair to lose this money when no services were rendered. I suggest that the company consider a more flexible policy, especially for customers who cancel very shortly after enrolling. This would greatly improve customer satisfaction and trust.

This is the first daycare we've ever attended, and we're so grateful to Ms. Tina for helping our son get settled. It has been a big adjustment for our family but we feel safe and confident in our choice!

Looking for a daycare in PSL, Lightbridge Academy is your place to choose! Let me take a moment to brag on my daughter’s awesome infant room teachers!! Love them!! They are amazing and the love and care they provide my daughter I couldn’t ask for a better center. I am so grateful for them and when I say from her morning teachers loving on her and evening teachers loving on her she’s covered with awesomeness. The center responds very quickly if I reach out, they are available if I need anything and I am glad that we chose Lightbridge Academy. The Director is very welcoming and always available if you need anything!! The cleanliness, the quality of care provided and service is the best.

My little one has been in Lightbridge since he was 6 months and he enjoys all his teachers and classmates. The teachers show him a lot of love and care for him like he is their own.

Everything about this school is top notch. I am so thankful for the teachers being so caring to my babies. They are already learning so much. The teachers and staff are so caring and loving.
