The owner is not professional at all. The bishop of the church grandson spit on my granddaughter, no one reported it to us when they were picked up. My granddaughter, 4 years old told us once she was picked up. My mom asked about it when dropping her off and the owner yells out oh I figured she was going to tell you like she tell everything else. Then proceed to degrade my granddaughter who is 4 right in front of her saying oh she ain't no saint either, this is the owner saying this. Do not take your child here, did I mention this is at a church, Greater works ministries in winter haven fl. Then she kicks my grands out of the daycare but not suspend the boy that did the spitting because his grandfather owns the church.

I don’t know where to start this was the best decision I made. The staff is top tier amazing. I’m so scared to leave my child with anybody and from day one they have made me feel beyond comfortable it’s literally like leaving her with family because they are so welcoming and loving. I was torn between where to put my daughter for VPK so I asked around and a lot of people recommended LOL. The love, care, and patience they have for the little ones is beyond genuine. They really take the time to learn your child. I’m amazed at the progress my daughter has made she will definitely be ready to tackle kindergarten! I wish they had K-5 because I would definitely keep my daughter here. If you are looking for a school or daycare for your child do not hesitate to choose Levels of Love Academy you will not be disappointed!

Besides, the negative comments that I am seeing in the reviews Ms. levels is a top-tier professional when it comes to education. My son has been going there since they opened and I can tell you I see a big improvement. He is reading writing and spelling at a higher grade level than he supposed to be and he is in VPK. Ms levels is very professional. Her staff is professional and I have no issues. No complaints when it come out too. Lol Academy! If you want the best education for your kids, please send your kids to LOL and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Don't send your child here. The fees and penalties are excessive and outrageous. The director doesn't care about the children, only stuffing her pockets. Parents are unable to voice an opinion. If you disagree with anything the director says, she'll kick your child out the program, yet boasts of being a Christian daycare. That's not the love of God. That's the love of money and self.

Picking LOL Academy has to be one of the best decisions I have ever made! Since the day I went to enroll my daughters the owner and staff have been nothing but AMAZING! They’re all so friendly and can tell the love they have for not only their job but all the kids that go there! Never felt more safe about leaving my kids anywhere like I have here! Even a bonus they have an app where they communicate with you (of course along with phone calls) when anything happens with your babies and they even send you a picture! My girls really enjoy going here and I highly recommend it 11/10!! ❤️

Now I don't know if you guys will see this review useful but ms levels the owner is one of the best she has taught my mother before so she has experience and I think your kid will love it there as she was part of the fourth grade team in four corners as she did not teach me she was extremely nice and Ms. levels I don't know if you would remember me but it's Tamon from Ms page class you are one of the best teachers I have ever met god bless btw I'm going into 6th grade god bless

My niece attends LOL and she really love going!! The owner Mrs. Levels is amazing and runs the school perfect! Definitely one of the better daycares in the area. Very, very clean.

THE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DAYCARE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH. SO BAD THAT I HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW WHICH I USUALLY NEVER DO!!! I’ve not sent my son to this place with any PJ Masks pull-ups IN MONTHS because the box became a little pricy and had switched to parents choice who was less expensive and carried less because he’s almost potty trained anyways. Mentioned it TWICE to the daycare director which she has upon removing my son from their school due to lying about ELC voucher covering hours and not meeting my need they decided not to return the unused case of pull-ups to me and calling me a “broke hoe” because I know he’s not come home with not one of the pull-ups from the recent sleeve I’d sent.. #2… 2 weeks ago, they sent my son home claiming he had a low grade fever based on their thermometer and when I went to my mothers and used 2 different thermometers there were no indications of any fevers in sight, I called the daycare they asked me to come by again and two different temps were taken and different temps resulted and they told me “take him home and dope him up before it became a real fever” which I did not do. Because I knew he did not have one at all and the next day he was able to return and never had a spike in fever or anything… #3… a week before deciding to switch his school, he was hit in the eye by a student resulting in a damaged eye vein and bruised cheek bone which no one ever noticed nor wrote an incident report for when I mentioned it but tried to say two days later that it looked like it was turning into pink eye and I insisted that there were no symptoms of it at all. Monday came around and I decided to take him to urgent prior to school to avoid them blaming his eye (7 days later) still being bloodshot red as being pink eye infected and sending him home, the dr determined by several ways that it was not and he was able to go to school with no problem however the director had a problem with me being ahead of the game… #4 I went down to ELC to verify statements the daycare has been harrassing parents with about only covering 9 hours of care which ELC confirmed that was false, the daycare just refuses to take the voucher for more than 9 hours to be able to charge parents more… #5 I asked ELC if meals are supposed to be covered by the daycare and they responded with “they receive funding just like public schools so there should be no reason why parents are required to supply food for the children”… So basically the daycare is not running their facilities as they should.. sharing kids diapers, trying to cheat parents for more money, pocketing food money, and not wanting to care for kids as they should and using faulty or defective equipment… I would NOT RECOMMEND IT. -10/10 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

There’s no other place I’d want my baby to go. He’s not even two yet and was delayed in speaking but now he counts, knows colors, and can say his alphabets.

I have two sons that attend Levels of Love Academy since August 10 and I can truly see a difference in them. My four year just turned five is learning how to read and getting ready for kindergarten. My one year just two and I can say he is a handful and all the teachers here handle it as best as they can and even he has shown to throw less tantrums. They really treat the kids as there own and I love it. I recommend this daycare to anyone that is looking.
