I can’t say enough wonderful things! From the very first day, the entire staff made our family feel welcomed and at ease. Every morning, my child is greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, and it’s clear that everyone here truly cares about each child’s well-being and development. The classrooms are bright, clean, and thoughtfully organized, with a perfect balance of structured activities and free play. My child comes home every day with exciting stories about what they learned, and I’ve seen amazing growth in their social skills, language, and confidence. The staff is incredibly communicative, keeping us informed about our child’s daily routines and any special moments. They even send photos throughout the day, which is such a joy! I especially appreciate the emphasis on a nurturing, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and encourages kindness. We feel so lucky to have found a daycare that genuinely partners with us in our child’s development. It is a fantastic place, and I’d highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and enriching environment for their child.
Best daycare. Teachers are friendly and really care about the kids. 10/10 recommend.
I am writing to warn other parents about the subpar care at Kidz Zone Daycare in Bradenton. My two-year-old daughter often comes home smelling dirty and unwashed in the afternoons. But the final straw was when a childcare assistant hit my child, and the supervisor had poor mannerisms and defended the assistant's actions. I have reported this daycare to the Department of Children and Family Services and local education services. Do not take your child there!
When my daughter first started at this daycare, I didn’t read reviews because Jamie and I worked together in the past, so I trusted her. My daughter used to like going to daycare, but then all that changed. She told me her teacher hit her butt so hard, and made her cry. When I confronted the teacher, she claimed she only wiped her, she didn’t hit her. My two years old daughter has no reason to lie. My baby pointed her out, and stated to her face that she hit her. Be cautious when putting your children at this daycare. Inquire about their day because you may not know who is physically abusing them.
I couldn't be more thrilled with the wonderful experience my daughter has had at this daycare over the past three years. The care and support she has received here have truly been exceptional. Jamie, in particular, has been an absolute gem. Her dedication to the children's well-being, growth, and happiness is truly heartwarming. The environment at this daycare is warm, nurturing, and conducive to learning and play. It's evident that the staff genuinely care about the children and their development. My daughter has thrived under their guidance, and I am constantly amazed at the progress she has made during her time here. Jamie's commitment to her role is evident in every interaction with both the children and the parents. Her patience, creativity, and genuine affection for the kids make her an invaluable asset to the team. It's clear that she takes the time to understand each child's needs and interests, creating an engaging and enriching experience for them.
I’m saying one because this daycare is very poor. The “classrooms “ are bedrooms so they were very small. They do not provide lunch so they have to bring there own lunch. I asked her how much she charged a day and she said “ whatever you paid at your last daycare add 10.00 to that and that’s what it’ll be. I also get ELC so they help me with maybe half of the bill each week.. so the first day my two boys were suppose to start she wanted to charger me 32.00 a piece and I wasn’t allowed to drop off my one-year-old until after 8am! And I had to be to work in Sarasota at 8am So I Decided not to let my kids go there and she said that she would contact ELC to cancel the enrollment and she never did and she end up getting money from ELC for both of my kids who have never even went a day in her daycare. There’s no color around the “bedrooms” to make it inviting for the kids. I do not recommend this daycare they will charge you a arm and leg. They are all about money money money!
Sherri did a similar thing to me, Charity Lamb, I had to remove my child from her daycare because she became more persistent with trying to charge me money I didn’t owe her and she acted like she was doing me favors by over charging me.
The owner, Sherri, is very petty and tries to constantly charge me more money than is owed and has over charged me from the agreed amount I am supposed to pay. She os very negative and will try to screw you out of your money any way she can. It isn’t worth the hassle or the hard time she gave me. She seemed nice when I first met her, but she turned out to be a greedy individual who only tried screwing me over in the end. I do not recommend this daycare. It is not worth it. It was also very poor communication.
