At that time childcare centers were at 50% capacity, so finding a space for one was hard. Finding a space for two was near impossible. I had our names on several waiting lists; finally the heavens parted and I got the call that Learning Adventures had a space for both. I didn't know what to expect; having raised adult children it had been a while since I had set foot in a preschool. Not to mention during Covid I had to tour the facility when there were no children present. It was stressful to say the least, but I met those who would be caring for the twins who were 14 months old at the time. But it's not the same as going in and seeing their environment everyday and how the children and teachers interact with each other. Luckily, the kids never cried once! They were happy to arrive and happy to be picked up. Once they hit 2 years old they were split up until the age of four when they started VPK today. I have to say these kids love this preschool, I LOVE THIS PRESCHOOL. The twins love everyone that works there. They scream out the car window goodbye to everyone and they have to give everyone a hug. Everyday they have to tell/show Ms. Dee and Ms. Dorothy something new. Kids that aren't happy don't do that. Kids that aren't happy cry and beg not to be dropped off. Mine asked me if the teachers can come over to play, and they still run up and hug their teachers from there 1, 2, 3, & 4-year-old classrooms. Oh and did I mention how smart they are? When they are around other kids the same age you can see how advanced they are and it is bc of the curriculum. They were learning Spanish in the 2's room with Mrs. Maria who is a native spanish speaker. They knew their numbers, letters and colors by the time they left the 2's and could count as well. If you want smart kids that are well LOVED, then put them in here.

Money Hungry? Ummmmm, DEFINITELY NOT! Has to be a different school. A assure you, Miss Dorthy only cares about the kids. She is always willing to work with the families. I am eternally grateful for her kindness and generosity. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
The teachers at Learning Adventures Preschool have created a strong support system for our children and an environment where they can thrive. The staff has been kind and understanding, the children have thrived in meeting all learning benchmarks, and after being here since our oldest was 1 year old they feel like family. Couldn’t ask for more.
