I had my child at Launchpad for about a year and a half, we started there right when they opened. There were small hiccups here and there—some which hurt my mommy heart, like not telling me that my kid was out of her Dairy-free milk and that they had made a change to no longer provide non-dairy options unless the parents bring milk in, which I definitely would have. Instead, they neglected to tell me and I found out several weeks later that my child, who absolutely LOVES milk, was having to sit at lunch each day watching all the other kids get served milk and she was only being served water. Lack of communication was a regular thing with Launchpad. But my biggest complaint was that they was a boy in my kid’s class to kept attacking her and the other kids—biting, hitting, scratching, kicking. My daughter came home with deep scratches on either side of her mouth like the Joker one day. And nothing was happening to that boy. I didn’t find out until recently that the reason that boy and his younger sister, who apparently has the same issues terrorizing her classmates, never hit kicked out is because their parents are investors with Launchpad. One of the 2yo teachers also has a daughter in the school and my daughter told me multiple times that her daughter had bit or hit her, but I didn’t see incident reports often—that tells me either the teachers were hiding it since it was the teacher’s daughter or they were not watching the kids like they should have been. I was excited for the STEAM learning that was promised there, and they did have some cute art projects, however I I don’t know that there was much additional learning happening. I would regularly drop my kid off to multiple kids running around like lunatics, the teacher ignoring the scene, and pick up my kid and the music would be blasting in the classroom, to the point that I felt bad having my daughter subjected to that loud of an environment. The good teachers that I did like there never stayed long. The current director is the niece of the owner. My complaints and other parents’ complaints to her fell on deaf ears, because who does she need to prove her worth to when she’s part of the family? I really had higher hopes for this place. If your kids are here and they are telling you other kids are hitting and biting them, I recommend you take them out—it won’t get better.

Very grateful for launchpad, their staff, and our experience from infant room and up!

My child has greatly developed during her time at Launch Pad. The administrative team is always at the door in the morning and in the afternoon when I pick my child up. They have onsite security at the door which was huge for me. The team of teachers work well together and the results have been amazing. Madison from the administrative team does great with giving us timely updates.

VPK program is amazing! The staff is so kind and caring. My child was having such a hard time adjusting and they’ve really made his experience wonderful.

My 2 year old and 3 year old girls have been at Launchpad since January 2024. I’m very happy with our experience at this facility. I think anyone that spends time at this facility can see one of the strongest assets on site is Kim Skalaski. She is always there and always everywhere and never appears to be overwhelmed. Not only do I always feel like I get straightforward honest feedback from her, but I’ve been impressed over and over with how patient, dedicated, and mindful Ms Kim is with the kids, parents, and staff. The safety, happiness, and crucial development of the children in this facility are superior and consistent because of Ms Kim’s daily contributions. A rare and valuable leader. Thank you Ms Kim. Your work is noticed every day and greatly appreciated every day. My girls always smile when they say your name (or when I ask them 30 questions about every activity and every person in their day). You bring them a feeling of safety and calm .

My son loves it here for aftercare!

Launchpad Daycare has been a wonderful experience from day one! The teachers are so kind, attentive, and truly care for our little girl. We were thrilled to find such a welcoming place with immediate availability at an affordable price. This summer has been especially exciting, with extravagant activities planned every single day! It has been a blast, and we’re excited to see our little girl continue to grow and thrive with them. Highly recommend!

Launchpad Preschool has been such a blessing to our family!

I can not say enough wonderful words about Launchpad Preschool Every person that works there is friendly and welcoming. As a new mom who had to go back to work after 8 weeks of maternity leave Launchpad goes above and beyond making sure your baby is taken care of. There is open communication with everything from events taking place at the preschool to a low supply of diapers. They use STEM curriculum and keep you updated throughout the day with the use of the Brightwheel app. Thank you Launchpad Preschool we appreciate all you do!
