I am reaching out to share some concerns regarding my child’s experience in the Caterpillar Class under Ms Anna supervision. Since my child has been attending , I have noticed a significant change in their behavior, which has raised concerns about the classroom environment. After reviewing classroom footage and observing interactions, I am troubled by what appears to be a lack of engagement and support from Miss Ann. It seems that she struggles to connect with the children in a meaningful way, which is crucial for their development at this stage. Additionally, based on my observations, there have been times when the student-to-teacher ratio does not align with Florida state regulations. As a parent, my priority is ensuring that my child is in a nurturing, well-structured, and developmentally appropriate environment. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these concerns further and understand what measures can be taken to improve the classroom experience. The staff at Lady Bird Academy Ocoee is the best! The entire family went to the VPK prom this past Friday, and we all enjoyed every minute of it! The way each team member worked together to pull this off, was simply amazing!

I was weary at first about putting my son in this school because of the ratings, but I realized they were all super old. My son has been here since May and now it’s Nov he has excelled at this school. He has a lot of independence is taught to play with others. The staff uses the bright wheel app so I can communicate all day. I also pay so I can watch my son on the app. As a first time mom I DREADED the thought of putting my baby in daycare but I can honestly say this has been a great experience. His last school was also a ladybird but it was far and I felt like the staff wasn’t diverse enough. I don’t speak Spanish so I wasn’t able to communicate with his teachers without someone there to interpret for me which I thought wasn’t a big deal until I didn’t have to do it anymore. Being able to have a personal relationship with your child’s teacher is super important and I can say all the staff I have met so far have been great.

Horrible I enrollment my daughter and she stay for 3 hr and director call saying we need to evaluate my child, 1 teacher 12 student and teacher look like she doesn't even care my child had a wet tee on when I pick he up,horribly experienced for a child who never attend school also don't forget about the cost of the tee $60 for 2

I couldn’t be happier with Ladybird. Both of my sons currently attend and everyone always treats them so well and they are always so happy to go to daycare. All of the faculty and staff always accommodate and are so helpful answering all of me and my wife’s questions. This is our 3rd daycare due to previous ones not feeling like the right fit but Ladybird exceeds all expectations. The children are always doing activities, learning, dancing, playing, working on arts and crafts, and so much more. Other daycares we’ve seen them put up an iPad for the kids to watch which was surprising and this is never the case at Ladybird. The teachers are always actively engaged with all the children. I have 0 complaints and highly recommend this daycare.

My 4 year old son has been going to ladybird for a year and now my 5 month old son has been attending for over a month. LadyBird allows us comfort and piece of mind. Every single faculty member goes above and beyond. I’ve had my children go through 4 rooms total and every teacher has always gone above and beyond. My kids are always so happy to attend school which takes so much guilt off me. Ms. Wendy, Ms. Sherin, Ms. Gissel, Ms. Rashida, all the girls in the infant room, and I could list so many more, all go above and beyond with both our boys. Ms. Shanon the director has always been accommodating at any minute of the day. She’s listened to our concerns anytime they come up. She’s helped find placement for our older son. She’s always available to sit down and answer me and my wife’s list of questions. This is the last semester our children will be attending this daycare (due to VPK and finding time in our schedule to keep our infant home) and we couldn’t be sadder about leaving! This daycare has felt like family. I only have positive feedback for this program and couldn’t be more grateful that I found such a great place to leave my children.

Where do I begin? This place was a great starting point and foundation for our son's start in school. They have a great system filled with communication, visibility, and transparency. Our son has been developing right before our eyes with the help of Ladybird Academy of Ocoee. We thank Shannon for running an outstanding academy and keeping a tight ship. Ms. Penina for being her right-hand woman and giving us such a warm welcome from the first day we set foot in the academy. We also want to thank our son's outstanding teachers, who have also been a huge part of our son's development (Ms. Rashida, Noemi, Rosalind, Keylita, Giselle, Sonjia, Samantha, Yesenia, and Cassie). We are truly going to miss Ladybird Academy of Ocoee. Our son is leaving to seize the opportunity to transition to a Montessori school, a move we feel confident about and is the only reason we would go. Ladybird Academy of Ocoee has prepared him well for this next step, and we are immensely grateful for that. If you're looking and are in the neighborhood, look into this place first; you won't regret it. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ladybird Academy of Ocoee. We love you!!!

I am so happy we chose Ladybird Academy of Ocoee for VPK Summer School! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and all the different beautiful classrooms for the different activities throughout the day. It was such a smooth process to enroll and they have been amazing! Ms Sonya is the sweetest, she really cares for the children and their families and the director Ms Shannon is very friendly and diligent. We don’t live in the area so it was a bit of a drive for us everyday but it was so worth it. I also love that they use the Brightwheel app for updates and pictures throughout the day. My son had the best first summer in Florida. Highly recommend!

My daughter attended Ladybird from 2020 until she graduated to kindergarten. They took excellent care of her, and she adored her teachers. The school administrators were always helpful and approachable whenever we needed to discuss anything.
