My toddler is so excited for school everyday because of the engaging curriculum and the teachers. She learns SO much and she's excited to see her teachers every morning. My infant lights up every morning when she sees her teachers in the infant room. The infant room teachers (Ms. Milvia, Ms. Yardley, Ms. Julianna, Ms. Ana, and Ms. Marilu) are amazing! They care for my daughter like she's family. Knowing that my children love their teachers and their environment makes it much easier to leave them each morning. All of the teachers and staff are kind, approachable, and they always make time to speak with me about any concerns. I love their school app, which is constantly updated with the children's activities and pictures during the day. From the front desk ladies to the director to the teachers when I did the tour it felt welcoming. The infant class teachers are absolutely fantastic and are willing to talk about any concerns or changes with your little one. He’s so happy when we drop him off and always happy when we pick him up. Such a great experience all around. She is now 8 months old in the infant room. As first time parents, my husband and I were nervous about starting our daughter at a day care especially so early on. The first day we dropped her off, we received pictures of her doing all sorts of activities with a smile on her face which really relieved our fears. I love how they send daily updates with photos and how interactive and friendly the staff are from the front desk to those caring for our baby. We are grateful for the cleanliness of the facility, our daughter has barely gotten sick since she's started. Most of all, I can see how loving the staff members are. I see how they treat our daughter as if she was thier child or grandchildren which takes the pressure/guilt off of having to be at work. My family & I have been so satisfied with Ladybird Academy Lake Underhill since day 1. I noticed so much progress in his learning within a month & he ALWAYS comes home happy which truly shows how well he is cared for while me & dad are working..As first time parents we were so nervous to place our son in daycare, but we are now so fulfilled that this daycare is meeting all our child needs. We can go to work without worrying if he is in good hands. Also very pleased the daycare is safely secured with cameras to watch your child, nicely cleaned & family friendly..I’m definitely satisfied with everyone from the front desk to the infant room..everyone is so friendly.Excited to see what else my son learns here!

At first, it was hard for me to drop them off and while it still is a bit difficult for me, I’ve found the comfort knowing that my children are taken care of. The staff are absolutely amazing at what they do and how they make it happen for the children at LadyBird everyday! My daughter is in the Pre-K A class and talks so highly of her teachers Miss Madeline and Miss Fatima — she’s excited to laugh and learn with them everyday and misses them while she’s away. Their professionalism is superb and I have seen such growth in my daughter since being in their classroom. My son is in the Caterpillar class and adores both of his teachers, Miss Nicole and Miss Kiara. While he is still shy at times, I can tell that he’s still flourishing with the lessons/activities being taught. Both of his teachers makes sure that he is always safe and comfortable at all times. It has been smooth sailing ever since! She loves her teachers Ms. Milvia, Ms. Marilu, Ms. Louise, and Ms. Anna. My husband does morning drop off and says she is particularly fond of Ms. Yardley, and lights up when she sees her. We appreciate the teachers’ dedication and frequent updates they provide on the app. Knowing my daughter is safe and cared for eases my mind as teacher myself! Prior to enrolling my 4 year old in the VPK program I toured several schools to see which one would give my child the best preparation for kindergarten. LBA is organized, clean and they love children. They have a curriculum that is flexible and fun to help educate toddlers. My son loves school and his teacher Ms. Liz. He looks forward to going to school and learning. As a mother I appreciate the safety matters they have in place for young children. Door code, check in with finger prints and another door code and the teacher makes sure she sees all parents before any child leaves her room. It may seem like a lot but nothing feels better than peace of mind that my child is safe. Lastly, The faculty is also wonderful. They are very welcoming and sweet. Always helpful when I have questions and I never feel like I’m a bother or nuisance. When she transitioned from another daycare her intellect and other skills increased quickly! I saw a vast improvement which confirmed that I made the right decision enrolling her here! Although she’s in elementary school, she still comes here for summer camp and we love it! I genuinely have no complaints! Mrs. Nore, and her staff are top tier! I know a lot of them and they push for greatness! I’m the involved parent who observes everything & asks questions because I must be sure when entrusting someone with my daughter! They greet everyone with smiles, they’re personable with all the kids, and they send pictures! I feel safe knowing that the school is secure and the camera feature aids in easing any worry! I personally don’t use it because the staff never gave me a reason not to trust them! Kids will prepared for elementary when leaving here and if they attend summer camp they’ll have so many stories to tell their new friends! My son and daughter have been attending since 2019, and I’ve always felt like they were in a safe and fun environment. Not only do they have a great curriculum to stimulate the children, they always have fun social events to help them with their social development and feeling like part of a community. Michelle at the front is always pleasant and ALL of the different teachers my children have interacted with throughout the years have been attentive and loving. Mrs. Madelyn and Mrs. Evelin have gone above and beyond in Pre-K-A to make sure their kids are prepared for Kindergarten—both academically and socially. The new Director also seems to have everything under control and is on top of her staff and making sure the school is as safe as possible. They also host yearly events like Trik-a-thon, spirit weeks, book fair, summer water days, and an impressive graduation celebration. Communication with parents is good (daily updates with their caretakers) and there were very little incidents with my children in particular. They also have a camera system you can take advantage of to ease any concerns. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving and my son is ready for Elementary school. I know my children will truly miss their Ladybird Academy and all their mentors and friends. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, not only with the students but also with the parents, creating a positive and nurturing environment. My toddler wakes up excited to go to school every day, which speaks volumes about the experience they provide. One of the things I love most is the ability to check in through the live cameras, offering an extra level of reassurance. They also send pictures and updates throughout the day via the app, keeping me fully informed about my daughter’s activities. She comes home singing new songs and eagerly sharing everything she’s learned, and it’s been wonderful to see her make so many friends. I feel completely at ease dropping her off each day, knowing she’s in such great hands. My son was part of their before-and-after-school program, where they handled his school drop-offs and pickups seamlessly. They were always punctual and prioritized safety, giving me peace of mind. I have never had a single reason to worry. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
