It's nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. I have had about 10 emails go unanswered since trying to enroll my daughter. Their excuse when finally responding was that they get tons of emails a day and my email was lost - so I suppose the other 9 were as well? I usually cannot get someone on the phone in the morning (right now, it's just giving me a busy signal). I might update my review once my kids are actually enrolled...if someone ever gets back to me.

Ladybird Academy of Lake Nona is my daughter's third daycare and I'm so glad we found it! It's been the best school she's attended. Ladybird is more than childcare - it's a learning environment. There are structured academics that are developmentally appropriate and engaging and a great playground. The director, Ms. Jamie is caring and responsive to concerns by providing solutions. There can be high turnover (which seems true of all centers). Still, my daughter has loved all her teachers, especially Ms. Julianna, Ms. Fabiola, and Ms. Monica.
Ms Jackie is one of the best. My son loves her so much that even at home he keeps mentioning her name. He’s always excited to go to school just to see Ms Jackie. Her treatment to the kids is exceptional.
