Overall if you’re looking for a daycare that is cheap weekly this is the place .. Yet I must say be careful you get what you pay for, this place is ran like a mini workshop for kids and i’m only speaking on the infant room. My concern about my 4month old getting laid on top of by an 8month old was I guess too extreme to the point the Ashley and Latisha felt it was necessary to unenroll my child from this daycare without informing me or anyone on her contact list. Let’s point out a few things, walking in the place it smelt like mildew .. The infant room should be a safe place for infants whether they’re crawlers or not. My baby doesn’t crawl as of yet and everyday on the cameras I had to watch my baby encounter other infants that crawl on top of her or using her as a speed bump. It’s one thing if they just crawled and kept going but there’s been plenty of times I watched the “caretakers” watch it happen and won’t remove the other child from off top of my non crawler (I have the pictures and videos to back me). Second they’re suppose to wear shoe covers in that room due to the babies being on the floor I guess Latisha is too good for that. Third my infant lost her voice at this place from crying they do not console or try to calm your baby, especially if they declare they don’t like the parent concerns. I didn’t call everytime I saw something I didn’t like I called twice in the whole time of her being there. there was one time I saw, and I watched my baby cry for 30 minutes, not only me, but her father, her grandmother and her two aunts. They claim a caretaker was in the room, but yet I had access to cameras view one and two and once I made that clear I got kicked out of camera view 2. Fourth the caretakers have a tendency of dropping toys too close to where a baby is on the floor , I watched time and time again as the caretakers the skinny one with the ponytail will drop toys or kick toys with her feet, and it would be extremely too close to a baby for my liking. and fifth, Miss Leticia also informed me that a baby that is awake, cannot be in their crib longer than five minutes by law as she states, but yet my child sat in her crib all day, long, crying on and off. I also have video proof of that. Not only did Latisha unroll my child she also spoke with the ELC agent and tell her everything is okay and to submit the payment knowing my child was no longer enrolled in the school. Moral of this review you get what you pay for. Ashley is dumber than a bag of rocks and Latisha has no nurturing bone in that very big body of hers. Just be careful with this place I say it’s an okay place of your child can speak.

We are a military family who are new to the area. Upon scheduling the tour, we were informed by the answering service (and the website) that they offer part time and flexible care options. This was a huge motivator for us as I only work part time, and only need my child in care only a few days per week. However, upon completion of the tour, we were informed that part time or flexible care options are NOT in fact offered. The assistant manager appeared unprepared/unaware of our scheduled tour, and we ended up touring during a nap time. The facility itself seemed dated, and did not seem clean inside. The front desk chairs were obviously soiled and stained. We were told staff clean during nap times, but we did not observe any cleaning going on. The assistant manager didn't seem to know daily activity times, like mealtimes, outside times etc. The outside area seemed unsafe with fencing in need of repair, a big concrete slab surrounded by mulch. The assistant director also made a point to tell us they were full several times, and she seemed unclear as to the anticipated time frame for availability. They do offer cameras that you can log into to see your little ones classroom throughout the day, which is nice. But other than that feature I wouldn't recommend.
