I feel safe leaving my daughter in good hands, where they feed, nap, play and learn. Soon will be adding my infant. ----- Author: Keith Topolski Rating: 5/5 Date: 9/23/2023, 9:05:26 PM Review: My son has been going to this daycare since he was an infant. Meals and diapers are provided at this daycare which is very convenient. ----- Author: Jayson L Rating: 1/5 Date: 6/12/2022, 3:46:12 PM Review: Our son has been going here since he was an infant. Only until he reached a teacher that could not deal with our son. Did they start informing us that he might have a behavior issue. So we addressed there concerns with a Neurologist, and are awaiting his appointment. All of this was addressed with the acadamy director Nancy and her suppervisor yevone. Yesterday we were called to come get our son becouse of an altercation between our son and another. On the original insident report was that my son hit another student., but was not mentioned that the other kid scratched my son in the face first. So today we get a call from the Director Nancy that our son is not to return becouse the teacher walked out and is not returning becouse of our son. Let me also add I myself attended this same school when i was younger. The staff also tell us that they do not get paid enough, so my wife and I buy cards with 25$ visa cards to help them.. Very aggrivated. Told a teacher quit becouse of our son. 6 almost 7 years later our son was diagnosed with autism. It’s still upsets me to think back about how the director and staff treated us. Oh and all I would have to say they don’t care as long as your kid behaves. They don’t care about kids with special needs

Author: Chanz Balmes Rating: 5/5 Date: 12/26/2023, 3:50:59 PM Review: Where can I start?! If you’re looking for a top notch caring, understanding, loving environment for your little children that will have patience and try their absolute best to make it is easy for the kids and parents during transitioning your kids from a home life to school setting. This is the place. They are so nice and understanding. My daughter is not having the easiest time transitioning into a school/daycare setting and these ladies have been nothing short of amazing. From the teachers to the upper management. All of these ladies are involved and care for the kids. They are very good at communicating and very flexible… I thank all of you ladies for your hard work and patience with our children and wish I could do more to show how appreciative we are! They have live camera feeds to check on your kids. They have weekly plans and great meals for the children. They really are a blessing! My daughter is 3 years old and is very emotional when we drop her off and they hug her and sooth her while she cries and yells for us as we leave and eventually gets her to relax and loosen up. Keep doing what you ladies are doing because you’re doing a fantastic job!

The teachers are great, and center is very good but I have to give 2 start just because of the director, she needs to learn how to address parent, she has no professionalism at all. She is the face of the center which makes all the center look bad with her attitude. If she improve her communication and understanding with a little empathy with the parents, then the center will be a great place.
This is hands down the worst daycare I have ever had the misfortune to come across. The director here is obnoxious and rude. I’ve never met someone so rude who has the audacity to work with small children.
