Where do I even start? I was going to take my daughter to this center through my employer's benefit of "Bright Horizons;" however, when I got there, the front desk lady was incompetent. She wasn't familiar with the program, and stated that she called her director five times, but was unsuccessful. I explained to her that I had used the program at a different 'La Petite' and had no problems there. She then decided to call that center, and after they confirmed my daughter attended their center, this lady SENT ME TO THAT CENTER because they already had my information. I showed her my reservation number, showed her my confirmation email, asked her to at least check the system, and she was useless. Once I arrived at the Mill Run center, they were kind and accommodating, however, they told me that they had told the lady from the BVL center NOT TO SEND ME over there, as I had made the reservation in this care, not the other one.

Leanny and Edmarys are the best! They will always greet you with a smile in their face and treat you like family. My son loves his VPK teacher…and I love her too. All teachers are super great with their students. I couldn’t asked for a better place for my son to prepare for kindergarten.
