Author: Elizabeth Joerin Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/26/2025, 2:51:10 AM Review: I have two kids enrolled in this daycare. One has been with them for 4 years, and the other started as an infant and has been with them for almost 2 years now. I can honestly say this facility is my village. The comfort level they provide for me, knowing my kids are in good hands, is incomparable. They are very caring and always notify me of anything that is going on. My children are very comfortable here, and it shows as I pick them up, and they have to hug all the teachers and directors goodbye. I have gotten to know all the teachers and directors here. They take the time to answer any of my questions and listen to any updates I have for them on my kids. My daughter attended VPK here, and when she got to kindergarten, they let me know she was ahead of her class, already reading at a 1st-grade level. They make sure to have themed weeks during summer for the school-age kids, including field trips. For holidays, they put on family events for parents to enjoy activities with their kids. Which I find to be a nice personal touch. The director, Ms.Dawn, does an amazing job of leading her team. I encourage those who are considering to take a tour and see for themselves. ----- Author: Tatyana Crist Rating: 5/5 Date: 9/7/2021, 10:59:47 PM Review: I absolutely love bringing my daughter here. She started out in the infant room and has been here for about a year now. Everything is provided, I pack her a blanket, sheet, and change of clothes. They are paired with brightwheel and watch me grow apps that track everything you're child is doing and watch them live on a camera. I've never had a problem with communication or the automatic payment process. All of the staff members I've met have always been friendly, never rude. I was SO nervous to bring my 7 month old baby in on that first day but I am so glad I did. She learns so much and seems to have a good time while she's there.

Author: Kendall Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/7/2023, 10:49:31 PM Review: My kiddos have been at this daycare for three years. I’ve never felt more at ease having my babies in the hands of someone else than when they’re at this daycare. They facility is secure, there are cameras in each classroom where parents can check in on their little ones, and the teachers post updates throughout the day on the kiddos. My babies have never complained about going to school here and are usually trying to beat me to the door to get in! I love the staff here and will honestly be heart broken when our time comes to leave. I will always recommend La Petite ♥️ ----- Author: Kole D Rating: 5/5 Date: 8/17/2022, 2:28:35 AM Review: Recently, had to pull my son out and I'm so sad. The staff is fantastic. They're so friendly and cared about Asher. He learned so much and it was great to have cameras. ----- Author: Rachel Kluess Rating: 1/5 Date: 8/12/2021, 3:39:57 PM Review: Forceful, rough teachers and forgetful, unprofessional staff. My best friends son started VPK here. I wanted my daughter (a late birthday) to join so I scheduled a virtual tour to find out the pricing. I waited 20 min before calling in and the front desk girl scrambling to find someone and ended up answering my questions herself. She was very friendly, but how unprofessional of the director and the directors assistant. Why even have an appt? You just get ignored BUT this is a minor issue. My problem is what my friend witnessed on their cameras (which was my biggest selling point in wanting to attend) she saw a teacher grab a child’s shoulder quite aggressively, and shake him back down into his seat. The kids were all sitting eating lunch. There was no need for the behavior. The child wasn’t trying to do anything but there is no audio only video, so who knows what was said . When my friend asked at the front desk, the girl said that specific teacher has an “old school” way of teaching , and said she’d speak with her about it. Upon further discussion my friend learned that specific boy who was roughly handled is a non verbal child on the spectrum! So their way of handing a non verbal autistic child, is by brute force?? Please rethink your staff choices. Do better. Be better. That is atrocious behavior and your reasoning is even more atrocious
Does this day care work with autistic children?
Yes
One review discusses a nonverbal autistic child who experienced rough handling by a teacher. While this indicates they do care for children with autism, it also raises significant concerns about their approach.

My Sons (6y) (5y) have been going here for about two years and I was terrified of leaving them anywhere without me but I love how I was able to watch them the entire day if I had to and the staff is amazing. My boys have learned so much since starting here and have been really happy about going and meeting new friends and learning something new everyday. The Director is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She communicates as much as she can with the parents and her employees look happy. I’m glad I decided to enroll here and even more excited that they can go to their afterschool program now that their in public school. Great staff, great clean facility and great staff. 100% recommend La petite at this location
Worst experience ever for my child and me as a first day. It was very frustrating seeing my boy crying and crying running behind the teacher and she didn't even look at him. He actually run out the door and she didn't even notice that, another teacher run to get him. I called 4 times to the school to see if they can use some method to calm him down and they just told me It was part of the process. I picked him up really early to end that awful day and I was speaking to the director, telling her how bad I feel and that I had other expectations and she was very rude and not looking at me, she was typing in the computer all the time. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The only nice lady in there was the director assistant, she was the only one that apologize and look at me in the eyes.
Excellent school
When Mrs Joy was the director it was excellent.
