Update Response to what you said There’s no reason to lie about multiple times being late. I was late twice for which I paid a late fee for. You charge $1 a minute I paid $20 on 3/26/2025 for 20 minutes and $40 on 04/02/25 for 40 minutes. You were notified that we were stuck in traffic on our way to pick her up. Parents, please be aware of this child care center. My daughter attended for only two weeks, and we encountered issues from the very first day. The director, Sue Haley, threatened to report us to the Department of Children and Families (DCF) because my husband was late picking up our daughter—despite us notifying the school about the emergency that caused the delay. Furthermore, she warned us that if another late pickup occurred, our child would be withdrawn from the program, and DCF would be contacted. Nowhere in the school’s handbook is there a policy stating that DCF will be contacted or that withdrawal is an automatic consequence for lateness. Additionally, Sue Haley lacks professionalism in her communication. She makes assumptions about families’ personal situations without allowing parents to explain. The center does not prioritize a child- and parent-centered approach. Instead of tailoring their program to support a child’s individual learning needs, they seem more focused on rigidly enforcing their own curriculum. Another major concern is their late pickup policy. Sue Haley openly admitted that staff members are not compensated past 6:00 PM, yet the center charges parents a late fee of $1 per minute. This excessive fee structure feels exploitative rather than a reasonable accommodation for occasional emergencies. Overall, this child care center appears to prioritize profit over the well-being of children and families. I strongly advise parents to carefully consider their options before enrolling their child here.

All three of my grandkids are here. The teachers and staff are very loving. Definitely more of a preschool than a daycare. It’s great to know that my grandkids are learning and growing and having fun. I love to see their work and have them explain to me what they’ve learned and sing the songs they’ve learned. I love to see them using the social skills they are learning .For a reference point my grandkids are 2, 2 and 3 and thriving. I highly recommend this preschool!

Mi hijo tiene 3 semanas en Kingswood y es una experiencia maravillosa tanto para el como para nosotros. Quiero resaltar le excelente labor de la directora MariCarmen y de las profesoras en especial Miss Laura, todos los dias les hacen actividades hermosas, les ensenan y eso nos gusta mucho. This school only cares about money my son would come back home with bruises and red marks on his body he been there for a year now and still cry it can’t be the kids because when he with other kids he playful n happy this school make him feel sad and they charging me 610 a week for one kid make me feel they charge parents depending how much their salary is which is not fair for my family

My niece went here from the time she was 2 years old until she was 5. She started to learn the alphabet and phonics, and had so much fun at the soccer program!

I thank all the staff for taking great care of my daughter Devin! She loves her teachers and has learned so much. Thank you for all that you do for all the kids.
