They are the absolute best!! I’m super picky with my babies and who’s taking care of them and I can say from the bottom of my heart that every single teacher they’ve had here is amazing (from the toddlers to the 2. They’re so loving and patient, from dealing with babies to screaming toddlers. I look up to them. The director, Ruth, is always the face of the center when you enter in the mornings. Her door is always open and she’s very involved with the classes and the kids. She’s been with KinderCare for so many years and it shows why, she prioritizes this place and always makes sure everything is running smoothly and that all kids are being tended to properly. Deneja has been helping me since before I even enrolled them, she’s so sweet and is always in a cheerful mood. They all make such a great team and everyone steps in when something is needed. My girls (now 2 & 3) have been in 3 Kindercare centers by now and Ruth clearly does an amazing job at managing this place. My girls no longer cry when I drop them off and instead happily walk in to their classes and then tell me about all their friends and how much they love school when I pick them up. That’s the most important thing to me. Love you all!!

This place is amazing as a mother you want the best for your kids the staff the facility is the absolute best my kids have flourished being here and they LOVEEE GOING they have been thriving since day one if your looking for a great facility with amazing staff EVERY single staff member is awesome they really work as a team … then this is the place to go !! I recently visited this daycare and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, no one introduced themselves, which made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the staff seemed unaware that we had an appointment to view the center, which added to our frustration. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism left a negative impression. I expected a warmer and more organized welcome for a place that cares for children.

The staff here is extremely disorganized and untrustworthy regarding the information that they provide to new parents about their waitlist. I was initially told December, then October 2024 and finally the truth (February of 2025) once we arrived for a tour. There needs to be some sort of system that provides gradual updates so that new parents don’t spend months calling in periodically while being given false information. I’m not sure if the center wasn’t prepared for the scheduled tour at them time or what but they didn’t seem to care either.

Such an amazing staff! Patient, kind, and loving! They treat our children as if they are their own. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!

Our first born son attended this school since he was 4 month old until we moved to another state. Teachers were excellent and we really loved this school, environment, teachers and friends. Thank you so much, KinderCare.

Zero stars. There is a foul smell at this school. Becareful not to get robbed there. They are known for having smash and grabs in vehicles in there parking lot.

We have been with Kindercare since my eldest child was 5 months old. There was a mistake at another daycare and we lost our place on the waitlist. Kindercare had been in our top 3, so I called them upset and not sure what to do. They asked me to come by and tour the next day, and made a space for our son within the month. He's in Kindergarten now, and just earned student of the month for "Responsible Decision-Making"—this is 100% because of the staff and teachers at Kindercare! He has learned empathy, compassion, kindness, responsibility, and so much more because of the work they do every day. (He also left their VPK/Pre-K program completely ready for Kindergarten!) We've formed a mom-group of other Kindercare mamas that still meet up for get-togethers, and that's because of the family feel of Kindercare. I'm so grateful for Mrs. Ruth and the team of staff and teachers she has brought together at this location. We still have another few years at Kindercare and we are so lucky that we will still have plenty of great moments here. I could not have picked a better partner in helping raise our kids.

I’m so glad I chose KinderCare for my daughter’s VPK! The teachers and entire staff have always been nothing but amazing. The VPK classroom is large and has so many fun and engaging toys/activities. I get a daily report with pictures, and they keep me updated through the app with anything I need to know. I also really appreciated her teachers for being very understanding and accommodating for the fact that my daughter is vegan. My daughter also attends Dr. Phillips Elementary in the afternoon after VPK, and KinderCare has been very flexible and understanding when the bus didn’t arrive on time. I feel confident that my daughter is being well taken care of, and I’m glad I chose them over Ladybird!

kindercare Dr Phillips has been a wonderful find for our family. My son loves his teachers Ms Luisa and Ms Janet , we know he’s loved and well cared for. All The staff is absolutely amazing. i am Happy to find this place and highly recommend kindercare at dr philips!
