about the last review that wrote my husband about our experience in the daycare, we were not talking about if the WKP is a tuition - based school or paying or not the contractual obligation. We are completely agree that you are a excellent school and have a great teachers staff with excellent qualifications. The problem here was with the staff administration of the school that during the Hurricane Milton the daycare was opened only on Monday, October 7th and you charge us for the whole week without any refund or discount for the continue week, and that was the main concern for us as a parents and you know clearly that you received a lot of complaints from other parents for the same reason. You said that you are very transparent with your policies in the same way that you are taking away our money. The only thing that we were requesting from the administration is “Consideration “ to us and all the parents, we are working hard trying to rise our kids but we are not ATM machine, just think about it. We were affected by hurricane Milton in different ways and we received support to our community, the last thing that we expected from your administration was a little of consideration to all the parents. And I hope at least that you paid that week to your ALL personal staff that work there in the school but seen the way you are and sure that they don’t receive any paid.

Lamentablemente tengo que contar mi experiencia aquí y tal ves le sirva de guía y información algún padre o madre , la escuela por lo visto funciona “muy bien” pero resulta que no te informan de todas sus cláusulas a la hora de matricular a tus hijos allí , y digo esto porque casualmente acabamos de sufrir las afectaciones por el HURACÁN MILTON y resulta que esa semana la escuela cerró por obvios motivos de emergencia ciclónica y todo lo que conlleva el estado de emergencia , pero sucede que esa semana efectúan el cobro correspondiente a dicha semana de 210 dólares , semana la cual el niño no asistió ya que la escuela estuvo cerrada por el huracán ,pero que pasó ? … resulta que a la semana entrante me cobran el importe nuevamente pero jamás reintegran el dinero de la semana que estuvo cerrada , y aquí está la gran estafa , mi pregunta es ¿como puedes cobrar una semana que estuviste cerrado y cuyos padres no son responsables de esta situación ? Y cuando vas y reclamas te dicen tan tranquilamente que ellos están amparados y que ese dinero no se devuelve , así tan descaradamente. Con todo esto fuimos y nos quejamos la mamá y yo como papá y me dicen en la recepción la persona que me atiende, que son regulaciones del centro y yo le digo que quiero hablar con los dueños y me contesta que lo único que puedo es pasarles un email electrónico a los dueños , email el cual me dan incorrecto y al tratar de comunicarme todos rebotaban incorrectamente , entonces tomamos la decisión ante esto antes dicho cambiar a nuestro hijo y buscar otras escuelas , por suerte encontramos una nueva escuela y en la cual la primera pregunta que hice fue sobre huracanes y estas situaciones y para sorpresa mía me cuentan que dicha semana de huracán se devolvió a los padres , ahora ya ustedes saquen sus conclusiones. Y para poner punto y final a la historia , hoy paso por la escuela ya que no recibo respuesta alguna de al situación , a comunicar que mi hijo ya no va más y me salen que tengo que firmar un documento aclarando la fecha que el niño no va más y me dan especie de un documento a rellenar y firmar y cuando leo dicho documento resulta que era una declaración mía que yo reconocía que si no avisaba dos semanas antes de la fecha se me cobraría dichas semanas , para suerte mía que hablo y escribo el inglés y pensaron al parecer que caería en la trampa de firmar sin leer , dan vergüenza que aún existan personas así y centros tan engañosos y sucios cuando al final de la jornada somos los padres al llevar nuestros hijos quienes hacemos un negocio de estos coger prestigio , miren bien las cosas como son y dejen el sentimentalismo que esta gente no perdonan ni aunque cierren en tiempo de HURACÁN , eso se llama estafa y no pienso discutirlo con nadie , espero que a más de uno le sirva mi amarga experiencia .

Just wanted to say this is hands-down the best pre-K around. Attempted bringing my son to Wellington, And the learning center. Neither of which, Cared about my child as much as kids world did. He loved the school very much, Learned and grown so much as a little kid. Every single day he was so happy to go, And always wanted to stay longer when I went to pick him up. Ms Tania, was the BEST teacher. With my child being relatively new to Pre-k she went above and beyond to get him accustom to the prek life. She cared for him like he was her own. If I could give this school more than 5 stars I would.

My daughter has been attending this school since 2021. Kidsworld has an amazing curriculum for children attending VPK and an even more amazing summer program. Each week there are fun things scheduled such as water days, bouncy houses, snow cones, and even a petting zoo that comes to the school. My daughter and I have enjoyed Kidsworld throughout the years and would absolutely recommend it.

Don’t even bother with this establishment. My daughter was #2 on the waiting list for months (Skyline Location). I was called by Kids World & the following day I drove up to the school with my daughter only to find out it was closed. I called the other Cape Coral location and was told that both locations were closed due to training. I went back on Monday and luckily they were open. I took a quick tour of the facility and informed the front desk that I would talk it over with my fiancé. I called this afternoon (NOT EVEN 72 HOURS) to enroll my daughter and pay the registration fee. I was quickly told that my child was taken off the wait list. I was never told I had to pay the registration fee on the spot after the tour. If I had known that, it would’ve been paid for before I left the building. This is a major lack of communication. This is not the proper way to do business especially after waiting months. I suggest Wendy (DIRECTOR) finds a different profession or maybe retires. The way she spoke to me was completely unprofessional and rude. Wendy raised her voice at me and proceeded to hang up the phone mid conversation. DO BETTER WENDY!

We took our child to this daycare when he was two years old. We have not had a problem with their care or services. They have been helpful and communicative. The teachers are great and the director(s) make sure the daycare runs proficiently. They offer a lot for the children such as sports, holiday themed activities, updates via an app for your child, etc. We highly recommend their services!

Absolutely love this school!! This is our second daycare. We went to one right up the street from here and WOW what a different experience here! The teachers are amazing and caring!! Everyday they give my 2 year old a hug and show they care about him. He hated going to school until we came here. I know my baby is safe in their hands!!

I love the staff! Everyone is so friendly and really care about the kids. My 3 year old has so much fun everyday!
