He developed really bad habits like hitting and biting. He was ultimately kicked out. As soon as I found him a new program, the behaviors miraculously disappeared. It was the school, not my child. My son is 6 now and he is doing great and it was never thanks to this school. This school is good to babysit your child, this is not a learning center. If your child has ADHD, speech delay, or anywhere on the spectrum of Autism ... Steer clear of this learning Center. I am unsure of the name of the rude old lady and if she is still there, but she actually asked my husband of something was wrong with our child. She had no idea how to speak to parents. Edit...there is one plus. The cameras. This school allows you to see your child. There were instances when they brought the children in from the playground, I'd have to call to remind them to take my son's coat off because he'd be in it for over 10 minutes and they used to love to call me and tell you your child has a fever. I'd pick him up he was fine. They just had too many kids and literally would send your child home for any reason but still get paid. The cameras help you to gauge whether your child is doing ok. You pay big money for those cameras.

We registered our grandson in pre k, it was a horrible experience for him. They do not care about the children or how to support an autistic child. We were on the middle of getting him tested for autism and we notified them he was in the middle of testing and they did not care. Everyday they reported bad reports about my grandson not taking the time to understand him and kicked him out as we got his diagnosis. We gave them the paperwork of his autism diagnosis and they kicked him out. They did not care and made it out to be his fault, we called to speak with higher management and never received a phone call back. Spoke with the director she was very rude and did not want to answer questions or hear us out never took our call again. Then they had the nerve to try to charge us.I would never recommend this place to anyone horrible horrible experience. Especially if your child has special needs.

The teachers there were amazing! They poured their hearts and souls into taking care of the kids. The management and company as a whole just made things unbearable at times. Then they were kind enough to give a weeks notice at the beginning of the school year to the parents and teachers that they were closing and the building had sold. It was apparently one of the fastest building sales in America and set records. It has to be that, or the management and Company as a whole do not care about the kids and the amazing teachers that now need new jobs when most spots are filled at daycares. So once again, big shout out to your absolute zero cares for the outcomes of your staff and kids. If they try to reopen just keep this in mind. Management and the Kids R Kids company as a whole do not care and have shown the standards they set and will continue to follow.

No inscriban a sus hijos nunca en esta academia, al bebe de mi amiga lo golpeó una de las maestras y nadie le da razón alguna. Son 0 profesionales desde la directora hasta los maestros

Betty Dyson has no compassion. She needs to go and retire somewhere and leave it to people who actually have a genuine love for children. If it wasn’t for majority of the old staff(so much turnover) that’s been there, they keep the place running and the kids are well loved. Betty is very condescending has her favorites and think she can just talk to people anyway she wants. How dare you threaten me to pick up my child in an hour due to a tantrum he is 4, or your calling DCF on me if I don’t get there in time. News flash it takes about an hour to get anywhere in Poinciana with this traffic. An furthermore because you did not like my approach to you threatening me you withdraw my child a week before graduation. Evil never prevails I used to work here and saw kids do some extremely off the hand stuff yet somehow they are still there. All dogs have their day. I’m not just anybody and you will not treat mine as such. Furthermore he was not coming back after today you did us a favor. Maybe when she leaves the place will be better but until then run far away…

The reviews are all sounding the same especially concerning the director. This many testimonies cannot be false. Definitely crossing off my list. Pray for the children who attend

Había estado considerando este lugar para poner a mi niño ya que nos queda cerca del hogar , pero viendo los reviews creo que no es la mejor opción definitivamente!
