My son went here for 3 days. I will , first, say that Michelle or who I spoke to was very respectful and my son’s teacher in general (infant room) was very sweet and seemed attentive to my son… BUT .. I did mention to them that my 8mo son takes in 4-6oz per meal… Day 2, I was wondering why he took down 7oz when we got home. I also went to pick up my son and the doors to the mall entrance were locked… when a staff member let me in, I asked why the doors were locked and she stated “we started having issues with the homeless coming in here and hanging out”. WHAT. When was I going to be told about this? I’m sure never. Day 3, we ultimately decided to end our enrollment due to lack of English speaking staff, no updates on our son through their app unless we initiated a request for update, I got a report of my son being fed 2oz every three hours… as well as being told he was fed those every 2oz from a bottle he had when he arrived at 7am (they recorded him taking 2oz every 3 or so hours until 3:30pm insinuating he had the SAME bottle of milk all morning). He also came home with a full diaper every single day. I did just come from the military and use to their elite childcare practices but this is simply UNACCEPTABLE.

My son been here since he was less than a year he’s now 2 , great employees and costumer service . I can see it when ever I want through the camera and is a lock building with a good system security . They also do activities for the children during Halloween ,thanksgiving, Christmas July 4th and more
